Flavorless, soulless Chinese food. Seems like food comes frozen or something, but it lacked flavor and portion size. Maybe eating at the restaurant is better, but takeout is a no-go. Will not be returning.

Went in to pick up a carry out order and used the restroom while I waited. When I returned to the front to receive my food, the employee handing me my order said, “Next time use less toilet paper.”
This comment was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If staff are monitoring restroom use that closely, it raises concerns about what other corners may be being watched or cut behind the scenes. Needless to say, I won’t be returning

The food was delicious but I ordered online. I went to pick-up and there were (8) people waiting for their orders. One person working as cashier and handling the orders. Received my order (20) minutes after promised time. No apology or consideration given, handed me the food and goodbye.

Need more people to work there or revamp their procedures to ensure that orders are delivered as stated.

The almond chicken was soggy, right out of the container. Gravey was not golden but brown, almost like the wrong gravey. I hate posting poor reviews, but I was not impressed and disappointed.

The almond chicken is excellent - probably the best I've ever had! The chicken is tender and the sauce has a lot of flavor.

Staff wonderful. Clean establishments and food were delicious. Yes, it's a great little restaurant in the West Bloomfield area to eat.

All 6 of us had a horrible experience, food was awful, my shrimp fried rice was fried and cold shrimp mixed in not fried with the dry tasteless rice!! Server could not understand us. Shame on this restaurant. Never go back again. All 6 of us were very disappointed and we were there to celebrate 2 birthdays. We actually saw people get up and walk out because they were not getting service! 1 waitress is never enough. The food was expensive for what we got. I barely ate my meal.

I think the food here is very good. The almond chicken is delicious. It’s crispy, the chicken isn’t weird, and the sauce is very flavorful. This is a really good old school Chinese food place and the almond chicken is the best in the area.

We ordered carry out on Christmas Eve. The order was placed online a few days in advance. I recognize that it was probably their busiest day of the year. The order was late and it was a bit chaotic in the restaurant at pickup. That was all to be expected. Every Chinese restaurant in the area experiences the same thing on Christmas Eve.

All of our food was done well. Everyone was happy with the orders. It was one of the best Christmas Eve Chinese Food eating experiences that we had post-Covid. We will definitely be back.

The sizzling rice soup was great. The spicy mustard was especially spicy (in a good way). The vegetables in the dishes were fresh and not over cooked.

I was given the wrong order and when I called she said she called me but I didn’t answer. She told me to bring it back. I told her I lived 20 min away. What was I going to do? She told me “that’s your problem “. I informed her I would never use them again. It’s a shame bec my family and I have used GP for many holiday events. All she had to do was offer me a refund at later date. I am over 80 and cannot drive after dark. I could have returned during day time hours. Shame to loose a good customer. Make matters worse I paid in cash and left a tip.

This afternoon, I returned the wrong order to GP. I was given the choice to have correct order or refund. I opted for refund. I appreciate getting a refund without a problem.
