Natalie was so kind and helpful, she deserves a gold star for outstanding service. The bagels here are so moist on the inside but chewy on the outside. Perfect consistency, and they have a huge selection of flavors. I will definitely be going back!

First experience and with my daughter who lives out of town and she loved it! We were both thoroughly impressed and took a Bakers dozen to the hospital staff where my husband is being cared for, and they were all very appreciative.

These folks aren’t even trying to make a proper bagel anymore. I keep thinking they’ll get better but nope, their bagels are more bread than a proper bagel. That last dozen were the last I’ll ever pay almost $20 for.

Ordered delivery tried to call so they toast bagels like is standard they left the phone off the hook and I couldn’t get anywhere now I have bagels no one will eat as they are hard and I sure can’t get my money back

Ordered delivery as my car is in the shop and this was one of our favorites there is no way to select toasted or not so I tried calling they answered never said a word and then left the phone off the hook now delivery support can’t contact them either my food is all messed up and I can’t get my money back clearly I have no value as a customer and won’t be back

This is my favorite breakfast spot. The bagels are always fresh and the sandwiches are amazing. Today I got the bacon, egg, and cheese with added hashbrowns. You gotta try the garlic bagel

I bought a bagel with cream on my way to work. I get to work and I had a teaspoon of cream cheese on this $5 bagel. I called to let them know of my experience. The manager never apologize for the mistake. Told me to save the bagel and bring it back the next day. Who does that? Compared having to return the bagel to returning a purchase from Walmart. Terrible manager!
