The bagels were overcooked and tasted stale. They don’t offer a 1/2 dozen price, so I gambled on a dozen. The person working told me that was the best way to go and they could be frozen, etc. I won’t waste freezer space on them, but I feel like I wasted $25.
It was my first time there. I will not be back.

By Law you can not charge Tax for cutting your bagel! I should report you to Business Bureau. Will never come here again.

Orderd on website 4 days in advance for a party we were having. They confirmed order and charged me. When I went to pick up they claimed the order just popped up from door dash (I ordered on their website not door dash and the email confirmation was from them not door dash) and they had none of the bagels we ordered except plain. They then had the audacity to try to blame on door dash instead of their incompetence and had the audacity to still charge me (at higher specialty bagel price that I didn't get) for a bag of crap I didn't want and will likely throw away because my guests wont eat them. I like their bagels but will never order again and suggest everyone stay away. Incredibly poor customer service. Why allow ordering in advance of you dont have capability to honor it? Horrible

The food wasn't that good. The service left much to be desired. Not worth the calories.

The best place to grab a bagel on the way to work, bar none. The staff is excellent and the bagels are fantastic. Their lunch sandwiches are great as well. I recommend the firestarter.

Not good service. We got two breakfast bagels. One firestarter on an everything bagel and one Brooklyn finest on an Asiago bagel. I ate my whole sandwich but my wife ate half, and brought the other half home to eat later. She took it out of the fridge after 4 hours and the other half had MOLD all over the sandwich. She tried calling 17 times and it just said the phone was not available. We called the other location and the manager said he couldn’t do anything until we return the molded sandwich to him.. All we wanted was a refund but he wanted us to drive an hour to give him the molded sandwich just for him to throw it out himself. We are not pleased with this place and will not be returning. Terrible management and terrible service giving out molded products and denying there was any mold saying the onions change color when they put them on a sandwich.

DISGUSTING MOLDY SANDWICH
I received and ate a moldy sandwich from this disgusting place. The onions had green mold all over them. The owner was so rude, claimed it wasn’t mold, refused to refund me. Disgusting.

What a shame I used to love this place. Since the new owner bought the place the quality has been going down fast. The salt sticks are half the size and I think they are using a different cinnamon for their bagels It does not have taste. The workers also look miserable and it's twice as long to get food.

I stopped by there to get a couple of coffees and bagels. Their bagels are fresh and taste good (7.5/10). The issue I had was related to the service I received...
I asked for an iced coffee, which is only offered in one size. The lady at the counter (appears to have some relation to ownership) goes off and comes back with a large cup filled with ice. I say, "no ice, please" to which she mouths off something in Arabic to the perceived owner and he mouths something back to which she returns with a small cup to which she proceeds to fill up and hand it to me.
I started to question her, but I figured why bother if this is how they have decided to run their business. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Just thought I would let you all know...

Restaurantji Recommends
Owner: your employees close your store early and without any courteous explanation or a shred of empathy, turn away customers with prepaid orders waiting at the door.
We used “Too Good to Go”, which is a service that connects customers to restaurants who have surplus goods on hand. It allows you to pre-purchase products (at a discount) and gives you a window in which you must come in and pick up the order. We had a 15 minute window for pickup and the door to the business was locked (at least) three minutes early.
“Oh great! Someone is still there inside. Hi, I’m here to pick up a Too Good to Go order”
“We’re closed. There was no order and we threw everything away.”
I go out of my way to support local businesses, but this was an extremely disappointing experience. I hope you educate your employees on better customer service etiquette, and perhaps don’t allow scheduling of orders up until closing time, especially if your employees like to cut corners and close early.
The ONLY place I know that still sells Garlic Bagels, and frankly pumpernickel bagels too!

I stop by this deli as much as I can. I get bagels and cream cheese for my staff or even get a little breakfast sandwich. It's not far from the hospital I work at and it's on the way. The bagels are always so soft and fresh. The customer service is amazing. You have to try it.
