The best place to grab a bagel on the way to work, bar none. The staff is excellent and the bagels are fantastic. Their lunch sandwiches are great as well. I recommend the firestarter.

I asked for an iced coffee, which is only offered in one size. The lady at the counter (appears to have some relation to ownership) goes off and comes back with a large cup filled with ice. I say, "no ice, please" to which she mouths off something in Arabic to the perceived owner and he mouths something...

I stop by this deli as much as I can. I get bagels and cream cheese for my staff or even get a little breakfast sandwich. It's not far from the hospital I work at and it's on the way. The bagels are always so soft and fresh. The customer service is amazing. You have to try it.
