My friends and I had coupons for free, one-topping pizzas. They were one per order. I tried to call and place all the orders at once just to make it easier on them, but they wouldn’t let me. I understood, so each of my friends and I ordered separately. We weren’t allowed to use them because we knew each other. We were told “one per household”, but I kept explaining that we weren’t all in the same household and that’s not what the coupons say. The coupons say one per order, and we all had separate orders. I was told I was disrespectful on the phone, which is just ridiculous because I didn’t raise my voice or speak rudely. I asked my questions and placed my order. Austin, the manager, went on a power trip and refused to honor the coupons. My kid was hungry and waiting in the car, so I gave in and paid. Had I been by myself, I would have just left. I will say the first woman on the phone was very kind, but mentioned her boss didn’t want to honor the coupons, so I asked if I could just speak to him directly so she didn’t have to play telephone. I wish I would have just talked to her.
