you know iâm from the east side originally and nearly every jets pizza knocks it out of the park especially vandyke and 21 mile location. I got my pizza delivered and the quality is generally pretty good at this one better than farmington hills. The pizza dough was so under cooked that the dough didnât rise like they usually have it, there isnât extra sauce on it like i requested and cheese and pepperoni was very sparse.
not a single jets pizza on the west side can make it right including westbloomfield now.

Ordered online for delivery. It took almost 45 minutes to just place the order. The website does not work too well. The order was on time but pizzas were cold. Also missing the ordered bacon on one pizza. I took the order back to the store. They offered to remake it. I told them it was too late because the rest of my party had eaten the 2nd pizza. I returned one pizza with one bite removed. I prefered a refund. I was told the online ordering system and the texting ordering system were not part of Jet's, and they could not credit my charge card. They did end up giving me cash. Not happy that I paid for delivery yet had to drive to the store to return the pizza. And I tipped for less than good service because the tip was made before the product was received. Big mistake! as was ordering online and ordering from this location.
