Today we were at Melt N Dip with the kids 🍫✨ This is a real paradise for small and big sweet tooths! Chocolate desserts, waffles, chocolate-covered fruits - your eyes will run wide, and the taste is just wow 🤎 The kids are delighted, and we are even more so. The perfect place for a sweet family time 💫 We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts!

Been here a few times, service could use more work. I order two items and the cashier seems Latina says oh my god! Like its hard to take an order while im a waitress, u think being a cashier is hard. The food is nice.

The crepe was okay and over priced for sure, but I had an uncomfortable experience at checkout. My total was $19.07, I paid with $20, and the cashier put my change directly into the tip box without asking. This was on Dec 26 at 11 pm. Tips should always be optional and with the customer’s consent. That really left a bad impression. Ya 7aramya you need to learn respect this is disgusting you give a bad image about our community in America. I am disgusted

I go to the Dearborn location all the time and never had an issue getting the order how I want it and always get good customer service. I went to the Bloomfield Hills location and the customer service was lackluster, then they refused to make my Dubai strawberry cup how I always get it. No chocolate (I don’t like it) and use the pistachio paste instead. The worker gave me so much pushback then stated they don’t put the pistachio paste in the strawberry cup. Mind you it’s $20+ for this single item. I have NEVER had an issue at any other location when I make my adjustment request.
I would never go back for that simple reason, the cup is not worth that much. $20 for a a cup full of cheap strawberries, and can’t get it how I like it, plus poor customer service.
No thank you, I’ll take the drive to Dearborn or wait for them to open at 3pm.
