Nara Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse

Long wait time for tables with reservation but the food was great and we had a really great time

Nara Hibachi is overrated to the max we had reservations at 7pm and we didn't sit down until 7:40pm what is the point of making reservations. Its a very unorganized place customer service was bad I give this place 6/10 and this is my second time coming .

Exceptional service, delicious food, great time! Only complaint is the music was a bit loud and the cost is a bit high but comparable to other similar restaurants.

My party was taken care of by Hannah. I was having a birthday dinner last Friday and she was nothing short of amazing! Phenomenal customer service and attention to timeliness! Will always look forward to coming to Nara over the other hibachi spots.

Good was great - not too salty, which is sometimes a problem at Hibachi. Service was pretty slow - there were a bunch of folks working but we waited a long time for water refills, we were never asked if we wanted to order more cocktails, the steamed rice one of us ordered didn't arrive until we were mostly done eating, and we had to ask for the dessert menu (those desserts also came out quite a bit after the two birthday desserts at our table). Because it's so loud in NARA, it's hard to have any conversations - and so the feeling of waiting for things is exacerbated. It's a fun place to go and the food is good, but it's very loud and service could be tightened up.

Everything was AMAZING!!!! The food was delicious as well!! When August comes I will be having my birthday dinner there!!

We come to this specific Hibachi, because it is the only one that doesn't make you feel rushed. Until Saturday. They did make us feel very rushed this time. At 4PM. Like.. chill, guys. The chef was great, though.

Soony and Vegas Mike were excellent! They provided a full experience and a great birthday dinner for my friend. From beginning to end, wonderful vibes and service.

I frequently dine in and get takeout. My food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The service is great and the atmosphere is exciting. This is definitely a great place to have a birthday celebration.
