Always feel at home at my Favorite Sushi Spot in the Midwest - Hands Down! New Yotsuba has a very similar menu to Yotsuba in Ann Arbor (and I learned that they used to be affiliated). My experience of the service was not as good as I would have expected. Our server seemed bothered by me asking a clarifying question about the menu and didn’t follow up with us at all after taking our order (which was delivered by another staff person).
