Ate here today with my daughter had an older lady As my waitress went to the bathroom to rinse my mouth out as I had to go to the dentist afterwards, Went back to my table with my daughter grabbed the bill went to pay for it and the lady was so rude. Acting like we were trying to skip out on the bill Even told me where to stand and that she’ll take my payment right now😡

I always get the original Olga’s . It’s always a debate between a side salad and seasoned curly fries lol and always have to get all the snackers. The ones I had today were so fresh and cooked just right. This is one of the better locations that have been to when it comes to service. Some of the others are not so great.

Everything was excellent on this visit. I definitely feel like they are consistently improving. The service was good, all special requests were followed, and the food was hot and delicious! The Olga bread and spinach pie are swoon worthy😊

We enjoyed our original olga plus meal (great price), white bean chicken chilli and basket of snacker with extra almond cheese. Everything was delicious.

Zahylee was our server and she was amazing.
This was some of the best food we have ever had at Olga's, especially the zucchini fries. We even got another order to go!!

Ordered in the to-go area & the staff member was very rude & short with both questions & responses. I was excited to get something from here because there aren't any where I live. The attitude was unnecessary.

This food took almost 30 mins for a sandwich and fries. I got a grilled chicken sandwich but when I opened it up the ingredients inside seemed to be everywhere but the sandwich. I had to assemble the sandwich myself. When I opened the fries they were little bits and pieces of fries and not whole fries so it was like eating crumbs. Opened the rest of the bag to look for the ketchup packets I ordered with my meal to dip my fries in and they weren’t in the bag. Wow couldn’t even remember the ketchup packets. This experience is one I want to forget. Olga’s kitchen on orchard lake I’m shaking my head you guys can do better.

Slow. Takeout took 25 mins. Its lunchtime im trynna be in and out. Other customers around me also complaining but laughing that it's usually this slow. I like olgas but won't be coming back to this one.

Could be cleaner but they are short staffed

ok we got 2 small soups to go came with two small bags of some kinda pita wich was fine but why would you fill the soup half way like you are saving it felt like feeding my cat eating few spoons only wow was gonna dine in next time but NO THANKS !!!

Walked in at 8:52 pm to dine in on 10/23/24.
The carry out person said okay and went to alert a dining room employee (which I assume means the dining room was expected to have been open?)
Apparently, the server in the dining room told her no, because she came back to say the dining room was closed.
Maybe say that on the website if your dining room closes over an hour before the closing time of 10:00pm listed on google AND your website.

They remade my order and gave me a refund after a backup during lunch rush. They’re the sweetest people.

This has to be one of the most miserable online order experiences ever. DO NOT even think about placing an online order for the West Bloomfield Olga's at any cost! I placed an order for kids chicken strips, fries and a cup of soup at 7:15pm. The pick up time said 8:00pm which was hard to believe for something which should take no more more than 10 minutes. I got to Olga's at 8pm and saw seven grumpy people waiting in the pickup area and not a single order ready. I inquired about my order and was told it was seventh to be ready and it would be another half an hour!!!! Are you kidding me???? Do you honestly think I'm going to wait a total of over 1 1/2 hours for kids chicken strips and a cup of soup??? I waited five minutes for the manager to come and he found my order and said it should be refunded in a few business days. Never even apologized. This will be my last attempt to ever give this location a penny of my business. I have no idea how they stay in business for being so severely understaffed in the kitchen.
