On four separate occasions, I've ordered a salad. Every. Single. Time. They put feta on the salad, even though the salad I order does not come with feta. Even when I write in special instructions "no feta". It's like feta is the ONLY cheese they offer on salads and you HAVE to have it, even when feta is NO WHERE on the list of ingredients. I hate feta. 4 times in a row, my lunch is ruined. For a $12+ salad. I want my $48 back. I want the tips I gave you guys to ruin my lunch back. More importantly, I just want my salad WITHOUT feta. Especially since it doesn't come with feta.

Overpriced, for one (any Panera). Two, any time I’ve attempted to place orders on the app they are out of everything. Frontega chicken sandwich gives you two small slivers of chicken. Quality is poor, consistency is poor
Having a rough day, spent close to $12 for a large mac and cheese, I get it and it’s cold. Really. Some of the pasta pieces are hard too, like really.

They had honey and cinnamon for my tea. Daily win.
We were great fans of Panera’s since it was St Louis Bread. And have had our favorite soups and sandwiches. Today we ordered 2 of our favorite sandwich (whole sandwiches -i.e. 2 halves each)and my husband ordered his favorite soup. They were out of his favorite soup and they have discontinued both of my soups. He ordered a different soup and I ordered the Mac and cheese to try it. When we got home, there were 2 half sandwiches, not whole. My husband phoned to tell them, but was not believed. He gave them the order number, the time we were there in the store ordering our order, the person’s name who took the order and our name. We confirmed the store location. She still was not convinced and wanted more info on how many pieces of the sandwiches we received. She finally told us to come in tomorrow. We ate what we had as we were hungry after a long drive from Tennessee. The half sandwiches were good (as usual) and so was my husband’s soup. The Mac and cheese was not the type I like, more like Mac and white sauce (I won’t order it again), but I ate some as I was so hungry with only half a sandwich. Between the poor service and manager’s attitude and the new offerings on the menu, I doubt we’ll be back. Certainly not to the Panera's on Orchard Lake Road.

My order didnt go through and the staff response was amazing — no less than four team members stepped up to help me figure it out! I really appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone is.

The young man in the drive-through was professional and pleasant. He exactly repeated my order back to me.

1. First off, $16.62 for a grilled cheese and a small bowl of chicken noodle soup, very overpriced.
2. Worst grilled cheese I've ever had. Not the fault of the employees, the fault of the tasteless bread and weird tasting cheese.
3. The chicken noodle soup was pretty good. I would order this again if I was forced to come back to a Panera bread....which brings me to my last point.
4. Not only this Panera, but all Panera, feel cold, hollow, and unwelcoming. No visible employees, the lighting is dim and creepy, ordering on a kiosk, food is put on a counter, and you get a text message or you hear a distant voice yell your name. Not a family-friendly restaurant in the sense that the whole environment makes you feel like they don't want you.
