I ordered an Avocado Cobb salad, No avocado! Rubbery chicken, I also ordered a roll, no roll. Horrible experience.

Wonderful restaurant for a healthy meal! All the food was fresh and tasty! Paige was very friendly and helpful in choosing from their many toppings! So many delicious and healthy choices on their menu!!

I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie, and they gave me a strawberry mango smoothie, and I am very allergic to mangoes, and I could have died I asked for a refund and they said no we don’t care if you’re allergic.

**UPDATE** CATERING TOP NOTCH! Everything was so fresh!The rolls were amazing. The Asian Salad went over BIG! For sure be using catering again! Now have to drop in to take home to my husband! :-) Oh boy hope I did not make a mistake for catering for my company tomorrow. I failed to look at reviews. Wish me luck everyone I will post an update tomorrow on catering efforts :-)

My daughter and I had a great experience. They were clearly preparing a large catering order when we walked in. Still, it was clean and the staff was very outgoing. My daughter is pretty picky and had zero complaints about her salad! We will definitely be back!

horrible experience every time I visit. My son worked there before but the manager wouldn’t respond back to him! Horrible management and it looks like they blame employees every occasion. The owner Justin Hiller needs to be evaluated and his labor practices need to be observed. Embarrassment to a franchise.

They need to work on their customer service!! I will say it’s slightly cheaper then The Big Salad but the customer service skills and quality of the food is just so much better at the big salad. The man who made my food was great, but the lady my friend had serving her was rude, made funny faces and you could definitely feel the attitude. I’ll give it one more shot but after that I’m done. Such a shame because they actually offer quite a big more options.

They always mess up my order, but I keep going back... Salads are just amazing there. I hope they can retain employee instead of keeping getting new ones.

Very nice presentation and high quality ingredients. So many options for whatever you’re in the mood for. I’m glad I was offered a cookie at the counter. Delicious!

We tried this place out for the first time and it did not disappoint. We ordered two chipotle chicken bacon paninis and chicken noodle soup. The worker Bejon made our sandwiches and did an excellent job. My husband said its been the best quality sandwich hes had in years and even better than Panera! Will definitely be back again to try more items like the salads that looked super fresh.
