I’ve been coming to this Chinese restaurant for lunch dim sum for a long time. Lately, with rising prices, the menu has gotten noticeably more expensive. On Saturday, I ordered the lunch combination along with a few dim sum items. Overall, the food was tasty.
I tried the lemon chicken, which was a bit too tangy for my taste—others might find it quite sour. I think if the chicken had been brined, the flavors might have blended better. The lemon sauce had a slight floury taste and was a bit thin. It would have been better if the flavors were more balanced.
The meal came with a spring roll and hot and sour soup. The spring roll was slightly undercooked, leaving the wrapper a bit soggy, but the hot and sour soup was delicious.

First time visiting. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious! Right sized portion. Chicken crispy, juicy. Food favorable without being overly salty or seasoned. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere! Authentic flair. You forget you are in West Bloomfield. We enjoyed every minute! Will be back again!

I received a horrible experience recently in regard to food quality and customer service. I have ordered several meals in without incident. I requested an egg foo young entrée earlier this week. Took approximately 3 bites into one of three patties. I likened the texture to dried and crusty mop strings. After multiple chews I was never able to break down he leathery substance. It was if I were digesting horse reigns. I discarded the remainder of the patties in utter disgust. Several days later I revisited the establishment to inform them of my experience. The proprietors exhibited no remorse offering no apology..And simply stated the same cook prepares all the food and to just bring it back next time. I have purchased over 500.00 over time with them. And my loyalty was discarded as I did the egregious dish. Needless to say I'll never cross their threshold unless accompanied by health department representation.

We went for Dim Sum bad services: wait for 30 minutes for foods came out, it was cold and 3 of us they automatic charge 20% tips on the bills. Which is fine but bad services and foods brought out cold! Never wanted to come back for Chinese foods, bad quality anyways.....

Worst food I had in my entire life and I eat EVERYTHING. Half the night in the bathroom. Ruined Christmas. Was a stressful day, and this topped it off. I actually cried. Never again.
Disgusting food. Ordered a lunch special for General Tso. The sauce tasted like something else and had no crunch or flavor to it. Definately not general tso. The fried rice had a weird smell and taste to it like burnt carpet. Couldnt even finish half the meal before I tossed it into the garbage and is a solid $7 more than every other chinese place. Looks like they havent remodeled the place since the 70's. Wont be eating here again.
