Disgusting food. Ordered a lunch special for General Tso. The sauce tasted like something else and had no crunch or flavor to it. Definately not general tso. The fried rice had a weird smell and taste to it like burnt carpet. Couldnt even finish half the meal before I tossed it into the garbage and is a solid $7 more than every other chinese place. Looks like they havent remodeled the place since the 70's. Wont be eating here again.

Authentic dim sum in the heart of West Bloomfield, delivered to tables on traditional carts. It's an experience, but what really makes it worth it is the food. Just make sure you remember that each order is 3-4 pieces, or you'll end up out of room on the table like we did the first time we went. Quick service and great food.

Been eating here for years even tho I have to drive for 40 mins to get here or my friend got food poison once. Old ladies who served us were not friendly. I felt like they were annoyed when we tried to order more food. Usually the tip would auto put in the check if there were 6 or more people. We had 5 and they put 18% tip on without telling us or having any sign to let us know. I dont mind the tip but the services were so bad and they tried to steal money, not make money. I never put review, especially bad review. So PLEASE MANAGEMENT NEED TO WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES cuz ur are my fav dim sum restaurant.

This place has went down hill bad. I went there this weekend and the food was slop. It must have a new owner and chef because not only was the food horrible but the service was rushed. I felt rushed to decided what I wanted and the food came out really fast. That's a bad sign when the food comes out too fast. I could barely eat the food. On top of all that, the worst part was the waiter slipped an extra order of the dumplings on the order sheet right in my face and I said no, I wanted one order of these and he pretended he understood what I said, but then the other order came out anyway! I just paid and threw out the leftovers becuase it was so disgusting. This place used to be great, idk what happened. Never going back!

First time I Was there right after new year . Took my family there . We all got extremely sick , vomited a lot .!!!! Had almond chicken and other things tasted horrible and the oil was nasty probably used a lot . Spend $100 just to get sick Good thing the little girl at age 6 didn’t want to eat! 🙏

Hello everyone, Today I want to share about my bad expereience about service here. I have been eating for while because I love foods here. However, I don't like how workers ask and attitude for tips, which customers will give to thankful for service. I ordered and was waiting for 20 mins even not much customers, when they got order they asked me with unkind and rushing voice. When I checked out i gave tips, they told me that I need to give more as requirement. I don't like it. In my opi ion, tips is way to thankful for good service, not responsibility. Please don't attitude and be nice.
Best Chinese food ever. Hard to pick one or two dishes to highlight because they were all so good. The pastry pork was amazing and the sesame balls were an outstanding finisher.

Went there for dine in years ago. Nobody greeted us. People just random lined up waiting to be seated, total chaos. Later we were leaving ready to pay. The old woman working on bookkeeping at counter simply ignored me, despite me staring at her for like a good minute. I finally said something to to the effect of hey, can't you not see me here? She started yelling at me, screaming: how would i know if you're not just standing there?!!! There are many people here!!!! Essentially she threw a tantrum at me from whatever was bothering her. I guess Shangri-la thinks they're Gordon Ramsay. I've not gone back since.
