The dim sum is great. The service is sometimes good but some people don’t give you what you order when you ask them and when I ask for the sesame balls when I’m finished eating everything else they give it with everything.

The rice taste like air. Rice is mushy. No flavor at all. The chicken isn’t good until you put sauce on it. The portions are so small it looks like a kids meal. The 4 star average review on this place is insane! This place is disgusting! Waste of money!

Filthy restaurant needs cleaning and has dirty carpet smell. Servers very rude they just say sorry about that and not make any changes, takes 5-10 mins to get a server to show up. But once it comes to the bill 3 servers and the manager will show up in no time. Besides it’s over priced and everything is a la carte including rice!! It’s not a place to eat at it’s going down hill. Hope owner sees this and make changes because once it was a great place.

Great place to eat but very expensive and the food is decent. It has some authentic dishes but there are other places which have better taste and are less costly.Edit: We used to love this place. We went today and the service was horrible, we waited a while for drinks and we had 3 servers come by and ask us what we want to drink. No communication amongst staff. Then they also had missing dishes that were still on the menu which we used to get but now they said no longer exist. AND THE BIGGEST PART, I usually tip a decent amount but this time because of service I gave a much lower tip than usual. They came back to my table after we paid and said that because of COVID they now have a mandatory 15% tipping (there was only 3 of us dining in)... They just lost a customer because they don't want to pay their waiters themselves...

Food was good but pricy.Had some dim sum.Spring rolls were crispy.Mongolian beef was lacking pieces of beef even though was additional charge.Three kinds of meat noodles was good.Portion sizes were decent.

I used to love Shangri-La, after my experience yesterday I will not be returning.The servers looked confused when we arrived at 3:30pm, two different servers tried to seat us at the same time in two different locations. They sat us in the stained glass room, but in the booth under the T.V. 4 staff members just stood near our table and watched the T.V. while loudly talking about the cooking show they were watching.The meal seemed pretty normal until we got the food, which atrived incredibly fast after ordering. This leads me to believe the majority of our meal was sitting somewhere in the kitchen. The entire meal two servers stood uncomfortably close to our table and the moment we finished a plate they were hovering to grab it. It seemed like they wanted us out as soon as possible.I ordered an assortment of Dim Sum, each more disappointing than the last. To begin, everything was simultaneously cold and overcooked. The siumai and shrimp kau were rock hard and the wrappers were melting off the dumplings. The BBQ pork steamed buns were cracked and hard. Turnip cake was too soft to be picked up, we had to use spoons as it was falling apart. They forgot two of our dishesI will not be returning.

Very disappointing experience on Valentines Day. The service is terrible. Ordered multiple dishes, but they brought out two dishes 15-20minites ahead of the third dish. The dim sum orders were also delivered 20 minutes after the first two dinner orders were delivered and not fresh. No rice is included with three dinner orders. Had to request rice, which is an extra charge. The plates used to eat your dinner are small appetizer plates. Waitress only checks in when they bring out the food but not afterward. Then they add an 18% tip automatically to the bill. I don't mind adding a tip but not for this type of horrible service. Never going back and do not recommend this place.
Bring back $20 chinese food.
