Worst place I’ve been to in a long time the store is dirty the employees don’t care they don’t even wear appropriate clothing I would highly recommend going somewhere else

I was on my lunch break and came in & was the ONLY person in the store & when i came in everyone was just sitting around on there phones while i stood there waiting to order. The girl who was suppose to take my order look at me multiple times while vacuuming didn’t even tell me give me a minute or anything very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working in customer service. honestly the whole Staff is very very unprofessional & clearly no one wants to work. get a new staff, people who actually WANT to work & make money, not surprised, shitty staff shitty food, thankfully i left and i will NEVER be back ??

The Turkey burgers are delicious, but big issue with the inconsistency of opening hours at this location. They advertise being open until 7 but are always closed before that, as early as 4 or 5, you just never know. I haven’t seen it open on Saturday for the last few moths and lately they’re not open on Monday. Disappointing.

Rude, over expensive and for the small amount we got didn't do our order right. ? very frustrating
the food was really good but the customer service was awful. I came in last Tuesday and was waiting for my order when an employe at the register was extremely rude and argumetive with me. she was talking rudely about her manager and the place as well. wish people would just work st places they were happy at instead of being rude to the customer. Will not be coming back here again.

Never tried this place until yesterday hands down gotta be one of the best burgers and fries I've ever had (smash burger #1) (shake shack #2) and the prices are great ? definitely would recommend
