Smashburger is definitely a fave of ours. Always great food but awful service, that is till today. My son and I decided to eat in restaurant after church. Blown away with the service we received from Noland & Jacob. Thank you for making our experience wonderful!

Definitely hits the spot when you want a burger! The burger was flavorful and delicious but the star of the show was the smash fries. They’re tossed in garlic, olive oil, and rosemary and perfectly cooked (crunchy outside soft inside). Service was also great!

This place was good when it first opened but went downhill shortly after. I had a negative customer service experience back in 2020 and was sent $5 off coupons as a result so I gave benefit of the doubt. Went back today for the first time in 4 years and the tater tots tasted like straight up freezer burn. Inconsistent customer service and old food. I wanted to like this place, but I won’t be back.

I used to love Smashburger, starting when I first went in Kalamazoo, but this location has been going downhill since COVID. With the limited hours and specified ordering options, it has been a challenge. When I finally did make it there they no longer carried a majority of sauces I used to like. I will be trying the Troy location.

The staff is very friendly but my experience went down hill from there. $15+ for a single bacon smash burger, fries and drink is asking too much. Especially for a burger that had fatty limp bacon and an over seasoned burger patty, so much so I was only able to take a few bites. Presentation of the burger was not great either basically slapped together. Fries also had way too much salt and were served cold. I had high hopes since I had a great experience at a different location. Too many other choices in the area to settle for subpar

My second visit to this location. The service was excellent. Jazz took our order. She was very helpful with menu suggestions and was very pleasant .The food was delivered hot and delicious.The restaurant was very clean and comfortable.We will come again.

Went in for the first time last week. The lady who welcomed me was great. I ordered a burger with avocado and fries. The fries are amazing. I believe it was rosemary, garlic, so delicious, Burger was perfect size and just as tasty. Would definitely go back.
