Worst subway ever, I’ve ordered online many times and always missing something, they don’t add what we request and also trying to talk to someone (the subway worker) while on the phone is really challenging. I order online for convenience to just pick up a to go, but not here I have to grab everything else because they just make the sandwich.

Just left this Subway.The counter person was extremely rude, not getting off her phone to help us or acknowledging that we were even there. She finally waited on us still talking on her phone.When I got home and ate my sandwich.There was a huge banana pepper stem in my sandwic and my daughters lettuce was almost brown and gross. Would not recommend!!!

No soup, out of many veggie toppings, lame chip selection, no soap in bathroom, low on paper towel in bathroom, no music playing.
Super boring, low maintenance location for being west Bloomfield. $14 for a 6”,chips,& small drink. Won’t be back to any subway for a while.
I’ll take my next $13 right over to firehouse or Jersey mikes for that price.

Had an awful delivery experience with DoorDash from this location. Upon driving to the store I was helped by Chay. He is very kind and handled the situation immediately and flawlessly. I will return to this location for sure, just wouldn’t recommend DoorDash. Apparently their drivers like to steal cookies :(

The manager is completely out of her mind! She needs to be fired immediately! How are you gonna mock a customer when they are upset about how you made their food? A thin strip of sauce doesn’t mean cover the whole sandwich! When told about how it should be a thin strip the manager decided to make crying noises and ask if I ever worked in fast food, (8 years I worked at subway) clearly uneducated and terrible at her job please fire her! No white bread, only 2 types of cheese seriously I expect better from you subway

There’s a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Placed an order online, went to go pick it up and was missing some things. I waited at the front until someone came from the back (there’s a bell at the door, so they knew someone came in). I saw someone sitting but could only barely see their head. I waited and waited , she never came out. She didn’t even know I placed an online order. Someone else came in to place an order and we sat and waited (again, the bell that rang when someone opens the door rang). She was just sitting there doing nothing. Someone else came from the back and helped which was nice.

My online order meat is wrong and missing some toppings. I don’t know if they were out , I placed during lunch at 1pm so I doubt they were actually out.

Won’t be placing an order here again.

Went here during business hours (4pm on a friday, says they’re open till 9pm) and they were closed, no sign or explanation. I just wanted a sandwich. Very disappointed.

My girlfriend placed an order online, the order went through and charged us and sent us tracking. It said the food was being made and was almost ready, when we arrived a woman was sitting in her car on her phone with the door open and as I approached the store she yelled “we’re closed” so I turned and asked “subway is closed?” She nodded so I explained I had an online order and she said “I’ll cancel it don’t worry about it” and went back to her phone without saying anything else. Well come to find out it takes up to a week to get a refund. This is my first time ordering at this subway and I won’t be coming back. In fact with the way the order was canceled with no indication until we received an email 20 minutes after arrive at the store I likely won’t be giving subway anymore of my money.
