Dirty and Underemployed. No sense of cleanliness when they are making the food in front of u. Always running out of something.

The manager is completely out of her mind! She needs to be fired immediately! How are you gonna mock a customer when they are upset about how you made their food? A thin strip of sauce doesn’t mean cover the whole sandwich! When told about how it should be a thin strip the manager decided to make crying noises and ask if I ever worked in fast food, (8 years I worked at subway) clearly uneducated and terrible at her job please fire her! No white bread, only 2 types of cheese seriously I expect better from you subway

There’s a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Placed an order online, went to go pick it up and was missing some things. I waited at the front until someone came from the back (there’s a bell at the door, so they knew someone came in). I saw someone sitting but could only barely see their head. I waited and waited , she never came out. She didn’t even know I placed an online order. Someone else came in to place an order and we sat and waited (again, the bell that rang when someone opens the door rang). She was just sitting there doing nothing. Someone else came from the back and helped which was nice.
My online order meat is wrong and missing some toppings. I don’t know if they were out , I placed during lunch at 1pm so I doubt they were actually out.
Won’t be placing an order here again.

Went here during business hours (4pm on a friday, says they’re open till 9pm) and they were closed, no sign or explanation. I just wanted a sandwich. Very disappointed.

Never had a problem here that others have stated they've had. They always have what I want. Workers have always been friendly. I usually go during the week around 1 or 2 and I'm in and out in no time.

My girlfriend placed an order online, the order went through and charged us and sent us tracking. It said the food was being made and was almost ready, when we arrived a woman was sitting in her car on her phone with the door open and as I approached the store she yelled “we’re closed” so I turned and asked “subway is closed?” She nodded so I explained I had an online order and she said “I’ll cancel it don’t worry about it” and went back to her phone without saying anything else. Well come to find out it takes up to a week to get a refund. This is my first time ordering at this subway and I won’t be coming back. In fact with the way the order was canceled with no indication until we received an email 20 minutes after arrive at the store I likely won’t be giving subway anymore of my money.

One woman was making all the of the food. The other woman was standing in front of the computer repeating “I hate computers.” She then proceeds to take a personal call on speaker, where the caller shared how he has shingles and all of symptoms. In detail. She doesn’t take him off speaker. Doesn’t walk to the back. Absolutely discussing behavior. I would give zero stars if I could.

Awful experience. It was a Sunday the 18th of may. Incase the manager cares to check who was their worker.
Awful awful awful. I understand being in a bad mood because you had to work Sunday but my sister and I were also working OUTSIDE for our landscaping company and we’re not rude to people.
My sister and I arrived and we got ignored my worker because she had just started sweeping as we opened the door. Finally after she decided help us
my sister communicated to the woman worker that we would be getting a few subs not just two.
With a nasty attitude she asked “HOW MANY IS A FEW” and well my sister contained her attitude and she kindly said like 4.
And as we were ordering she was rolling her eyes because we wanted all of them toasted…she was also going extra slow on purpose till a big crowd came in and had no choice than to start working at normal pace. Awful experience. She didn’t have her tag on or else I’d put her name on here because there was no way her attitude was this bad for NO reason. ???

Stay away from this Subway. No cucumber slices; out of steak; pop machine had no carbonization and was out of half the flavors; restrooms out of order. Need I say more?
