This place was disgusting. First the establishment itself Beyond filthy. Second, all the toppings were either old or they were out. I honestly felt that if I continued my order, I would catch some type of illness so I chose to just walk out.

I noticed that the sign on your front door and the information on Google Maps indicate that your establishment opens at 8 AM. However, when I arrived at 9:50 AM, I was informed that you do not open until 10 AM. To prevent any confusion for future customers, kindly consider updating the displayed hours of operation. Horrible, doesn’t answer their phone. We did an online pick up and wanted to sit down and eat and the gentlemen working said lobby was closed for the day at 8pm, they close at 9pm. Won’t be back

Absolutely horrible customer service. The person at the counter should be barred from any customer facing work. Extremely rude, unprofessional, incompetent. Basically did not keep my order ready even 20 minutes after the scheduled time. While i was there he pretended to start work on my order but it seems he stopped when i stepped out for a few minutes.When I returned in about 10 minutes, he started literally screaming at me without provocation, saying he 'threw' away my sandwiches because he thought I was gone. I politely asked him to cancel my order and relax - but he kept screaming. Needs mental health assessment. Bizarre.
