Was treated very rudely by an older gentleman that works there with gray hair. I was so embarrassed. I will not return and will tell ally family and friends. New owners need to do a better job.

I needed a cake for my father's birthday. And we came here purely by accident. And it's good that we stopped by, they met our expectations☺️ the cake and pastry were so tasty, I can't put it into words. Now my family and I are regular customers of this place 🌹🥰

There is a large selection and the cakes are amazing. I love that there are a variety of sizes aa well. The bite size desserts are great for afternoon teas and parties.

I had a surprise from my family today. It's my birthday today and I did not have any special plans.
Several of my family came over and my daughter brought a beautiful birthday cake from Sweet Dreams Bakery.
Oh my goodness, the cake was outstanding!!! It was a huge hit. It was white cake and chocolate cake, with chocolate and white chocolate strips of chocolate on the outside. I am sorry I didn't take a picture of it. It was the best cake I've had in a very long time.
Thank you to the creative person who designed it and made it. Kudo's to you. I would highly recommend your bakery to everyone.

All the employees were so nice! I loved the brownie with peanut butter and the mini lemon cake was so flavor full. My husband thought the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie was great but a few items were good but not 10/10. the raspberry chocolate mini cake, cream puff and pecan bar were all good but didn't have as much flavor.
We will absolutely be back tho! They have really great selection!!

Thanks for your reply. The day I’m referring to was Friday May 31st . You had 3 employees behind the register. I drove all the way to your location and knocked on the door yet not 1 staff member offered to explain . I also stood outside your store and called and watched from the front door as my call was ringing and 3 employees just let it ring and continued to have their own conversation. I have provided management with the date and time above. They are more than welcome to corroborate this info with any shift manager or security cameras. I was extremely disappointed in this experience and then to say that you were short staffed while I’m physically there outside of the store and watching what is happening inside. As a business owner please make sure you have people who care about the business and genuinely want to be there. I wasted time and gas to drive all the way to your location after coming there for years only to find out the store is closed yet no signage or hours of operation have been changed to accommodate your short staff.

Very helpful service, and bike friendly. Great place to stop on the West Bloomfield Trail. Recently switched from Häagen-Dazs to Guernsey ice cream.
