Tim Hortons

I absolutely love this Tim Hortons. The location on Haggerty is my favorite one in the whole state. Every time I come here, I know I am going to have a great experience, whether it is a quick coffee run or grabbing something to eat.

I want to give a huge, huge shout out to Fawaz. He is my favorite employee and always makes me feel like family. He is friendly, welcoming, and really goes out of his way to make sure everything is right. People like him are the reason I keep coming back to this location.

This restaurant is always very clean, and the food is consistently great. All the people who work at this Tim Hortons are amazing. Everyone is kind, respectful, and helpful, and you can really tell they care about their customers. This Haggerty location truly stands out, and I recommend it to everyone.

Trash service. Untrained employees making judgment calls that they shouldn’t be. I bought four Boston cream donuts and simply asked for them to be put in a box. Because they toss them in a bag upside down every time I buy them and it ruins them. She said it’s against their policy. I offered to please let me pay for the box. She said no only if I buy six donuts and if I’m not going to, then she can’t. I responded with do you think if the owner heard me making this request he would deny me, especially after offering to pay for a box it’s a shame when you have people like this in a new business as your representative You would think Tim Hortons would have better customer service, and not people with a grudge.

This location significantly marks up their prices. When you try to order in the tim hortons app youll see at first it lists the price it should be but at checkout the price increases significantly because this location is price gouging. The location is clean at least.

I ordered a medium original ICED CAPP with whipped cream through the Tim's mobile app. The drink had the right amount of flavor and thickness! The service was good at the drive thru. I would return here to get the same drink, it was fantastic!

Their coffee is always fresh whether it’s regular or decaf and they’re fast! The employees are also very kind! Excellent customer service!

My Bagel BELT was missing cheese and only had one egg. The cashier was also indifferent. The service was fast though. They are still newly open so I might give it a try.

I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese bagel but received one with just bacon and cheese. They corrected the order, but unfortunately, the entire sandwich was cold.

Fresh tim and everything is new. The place just need sun shades and little bit air flow it is too hot to sit inside
