This place customer service is trash, Rude, never makes food on time, SLOWWWWWW SERVICE, The Manager and staff are extremely RUDE. I will NEVER go here again 3 strikes you're OUT!!!

Who I believe to the the owner (older woman) didn’t want to honor my coupon. The young kids are great, so I gave them two stars instead of one. This location was my go to spot after my workout at LT Fitness. Not anymore. Weird. Won’t be back, drive to Telegraph Rd location.

I asked for a wrap with plain chicken and tomatoes and lettuce the lady sounded confused to I reiterated and then I get my wrap and there’s cheese. I don’t eat cheese and I didn’t asked for it! They also were REALKY slow!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is THE worst Tropical Smoothie that I have been to in my life. The smoothies taste like a snow cone in a cup. Lots of ice no flavor. Do you even put fruit in the smoothies? If you do, I did not taste any. All I taste is pure ice. I ordered a pomegranate plunge add white chocolate. The Smoothie was too thick and I could barely sip it through the straw. I had to add some pomegranate Blueberry V8 that I had at home in the refrigerator to give my Smoothie some flavor and to thin it out. In the future, I will be driving further to a different location so I won't ever waste my money here again. Please re-train your staff on how to make a proper Smoothie. Start with less ice!!!!

Made an online order, smoothie was pretty much pure ice and tasted like water. Went in to have a remake, first of all was told to pay for the smoothie. I didn’t pay for it and it was put in and I sat and waited. Another gentlemen asked for his smoothie to be remade after me, it came out almost immediately. I sat and waited for upwards of 25 minutes for my smoothie. When I finally asked where it was, I was told they didn’t have one for me. Then they said I had 2 orders ahead of me, so ten more minutes. I finally got my remade smoothie and it tasted like it was just plain sugar water. Got home and the food was labeled wrong. The wraps aren’t different enough to distinguish between each other by looks, so I ended up eating a wrap that contained ingredients I’m not supposed to be eating. This whole trip took an hour of my day and the only thing that was good from this experience were the prepackaged chips. I work in the food service and have actually worked at Tropical Smoothie so I understand how it can be when it gets busy, but when every person who was after you gets served first and your order STILL ends up being wrong…is very frustrating. Highly upset with this experience.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. 4 employees working and not a single person even acknowledged my presence. I just turned and walked out. Most of these Tropical Smoothie locations have a serious problem with customer service.

Very unclean place. Went to order a smoothie and saw trash all over the place in the back and there was an old lady who was very rude and took 30 minutes on my order. I wouldn’t drink a smoothie from here

Person who took our order had nothing to say to us. Ordered two smoothies and took 20 minutes no other customers. Two employees. You could tell neither of them liked their jobs. Did not get a thank you or have a nice day even when I said thank you. Place was also disgustingly dirty. Counter a mess. If I was a restaurant inspector I would have shut it down. Afraid to drink the smoothies.
