Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered smoothies and there were still lots of chunks of fruit that could not be slurped up through a straw. We order smoothies from here a lot and this happens from time to time, it is very disappointing that it happened today.

I'm trying to figure out if they put anything in their smoothies other than ice and a splash of flavoring. The worst smoothie I've ever had. What a waste of 9 bucks.

Ordered.smoothies and. When we picked them.up they were already melted. The worker thought it was normal and had no solution to keeping smoothies cold. Called the manager when we got home and realized how melted they really were and she had no answer for keeping cold drinks cold either. It must be their first day. She was very unapologetic nor offered any way to fix the problem in the future . I will go to the wixom location from now on. Do better

I walked in to place an order for a smoothie the place smelled like sewage. I ignored the smell and stood at the register waiting to place my order however 4 different employees walked by me, made eye contact, and never said “hello” “I’ll be right with you” nothing. I was just standing there for about 5 minutes before I decided to leave and spend my money somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this location and would give ZERO stars if I could. As for the management team you should hire more friendly people with customer service skills because whoever worked September 2nd before 3pm have horrible customer service and this is coming from someone who owns their own business.

Also… where is the beef ??? Chicken x20 and some turkey and bacon… some of us want the beef in things other than the collagen😁💪

People are kind but it is by far the SLOWEST (and I mean slooooooooooowest) TP I’ve ever been too. If you are in a rush don’t come here, you’d be better off driving 45 mins the opposite direction to get TP and still get it faster than this place!!!

This place customer service is trash, Rude, never makes food on time, SLOWWWWWW SERVICE, The Manager and staff are extremely RUDE. I will NEVER go here again 3 strikes you're OUT!!!

Who I believe to the the owner (older woman) didn’t want to honor my coupon. The young kids are great, so I gave them two stars instead of one. This location was my go to spot after my workout at LT Fitness. Not anymore. Weird. Won’t be back, drive to Telegraph Rd location.
