I've eaten here for years about every other month. The subs are decent, but the service is not very friendly. This last time I noticed they started charging 3% for debit or credit card purchases. Who carries around cash. Also, they have a self-serve soda fountain. There's a sign that says one refill. To me all these add up to I've had my last meal there.

This location has improved drastically over the last few years. Sometimes you just want a Tubbys sub for nostalgia reasons, and at one time I used to get kind of nervous about this. Now I feel like this is a pretty reliable location. Even if the manager isn't there, the employees are pretty well trained and do well.

Food is disgusting and way overpriced. Fries were soggy and smelled, cheese sticks were horrible and cold, sandwiches have almost zero meat in them. I know times are tough and you are probably cutting back but for 45 bucks I expect better. Gross and won't ever be back. It's a shame because we loved Tubbys and the one by us closed.

This place is HORRIBLE. The owner is rude. Several times they have made my sandwich incorrectly and they give you a hard time and try and blame it on you. I stopped going here awhile ago.
Terrible customer service! Worst service I’ve had all year from the manager Nick. He is a greedy business owner with no regard for customers. He bragged about all of his locations and didn’t deal with my dissatisfaction with my to go order that was burnt. He told me well that happens sometimes and sent me on my way. Respect goes a long way. Don’t eat here! It’s not worth it. See below for my crispy brown “white bread”
