Great place to get frozen yogurt ice cream. They offer two non dairy options and other dairy filled selections. The server was friendly but very busy. He did answer questions when asked. The frozen yogurt was good and hit the spot for ice cream cravings.

Tried it the past 2 days. Simple place to get yogurt. Saw a total of around 4-6 flavors. Half normal and half “only 8” ones. The normal flavors are vanilla, milk, chocolate, and salted caramel. The only 8 ones had dark chocolate, french vanilla, and some changing flavors. (Some cheesecake on one time, pistachio only the other time i visited)
I stop by here during my bike trail breaks. Since im watching my calories, i like that there’s a low calorie option. Almost too good to be true. I hope its legit, its now my guilty pleasure. I like the pistachio only 8. A small cup is 3.5$. Plain is good. Its 2$ to add unli toppings but i dont want too much on mine so i passed on it. Kinda sweet.
I saw a lot of negative reviews but my exp has been good. As soon as i got in, the crew assisted me and was patient while i was checking out the toppings and answered my questions.

Not very many flavor options which is fine. The customer service was unappreciative it was our first time here driving 30 minutes to try something different and the toppings were stale with flies around them. The customer service was almost as if he didn’t want to help like we were interrupting his alone time. It is also not a self serve for those wondering. Looks nothing like the photos

I was in the store this evening, and have only been in the place a few times since new ownership, and ill have to say ive not been impressed, my ice cream was WAY to sweet, and it just didn't look good at all. The young man who served me was very polite and did his job well, but over all the place has been run down, it needs to be kept up better and cleaned, everything looks like it hasn't been wiped down all day! I threw away money literally! The new owner needs to step it up before its to late. Make a few updates and at least take notice that your tables and chairs look like they've been taken from the trash. While I was never a fan of the previous owner ,she did keep the place up WAY WAY better

Used to love this place but apparently it's under new ownership and they are low on supplies, toppings, flavor variety & flavors are not listed appropriately (for example the non-dairy items are not listed as such). Even the flavor of the non-dairy ice cream is not like it was before... the new formulation is pretty bad. This place has changed and I will not be back unless the new owner decides to take some interest in improving it.

Warning if you see a guy in here with a red bandana don’t even bother coming in. His name is Jonah and he has terrible customer service. He is tearing the business down. He generally needs to be fired. He is so rude and short with me and everyone else. Very rude and unmotivated worker.

Four days in a row : No chocolate hot fudge sauce , ran out . Empty . And no plain regular chocolate syrup for any common chocolate sundae with sauce . Workers not allowed to go 25 steps to kroger and for $5 buy Hershey’s chocolate sauce plastic squeeze bottle good for 40 sundaes.
What the heck ?
And if they run out of soap for cleaning?

A great place to go get ice cream with family and friends but horrible customer service. Went in to get some ice cream around 6 pm and the guy is just closed for no reason and sitting down playing on his phone and as soon as he saw me and my daughter, he walked into the back like we didn’t see him. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this has happened. I feel bad for whoever owns this place because the employees are running the business into the ground.

Ordered the New York Cheesecake with strawberries and cookie dough. Very tasty and fruit was very fresh! The location is very clean and organized. Cute chalk board decor as well! Will be back for sure.
