Some Applebee's are better than others, and this one was great! We sat at a high-top table in the bar section so the bartender waited on us. She was very familiar with the menu, enough to get us the best deal on what we wanted. She picked my drink for me, Bahama Mama, and was spot on with my tastes! My dad and I went to get an early dinner, first day with power after the whole region was out. They had signs on the door saying limited help and limited menu. Wasn't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised, the service was amazing, friendly, fast, attentive. The food came out fast. It was fresh and hot and tasty. I originally was going to order nachos, but the waitress said they couldn't do nachos or the bowls. That's ok, I ordered my second choice...
I was sitting there waiting on my meal and I noticed that people in front of me said their food was cold. The people behind me had a special order. No onions and they got onions. My order was kind of cold but it was still good.
