this service takes the cake.... For being the rudest staff i've ever encountered. Charged us $3 more for something on the menu because it was never disclosed the price was changed.... $17 for chicken wings??? be serious. Once we said something the wonderful waitress LAURYN (all that back turning didn't stop me from seeing your name tag) decided to run her mouth about how it's ridiculous that someone would say something about a three dollar up charge and how she's not hurting for money... like that's cool? Fix your menu? They also apparently tax on beer. So it seems like they are hurting for money. Food had no taste. Manager "discounted" (put the menu price back on the bill) and said she was only going to do it this one time. Sounds like a load of ..... well you know. They're going downhill fast.
Our waitress, who i did not catch her name was an absolute sweetheart though.

Food, drinks and staff are all great. They got very busy one night when we were there and the service suffered quite a bit, but I mostly overlooked it because they tried so hard and were so apologetic.

So I ordered the mega samplers thinking that it would be decent for 15.99 when it arrived it was a shocker to say the least the sandwich my husband order was bigger and cheaper moneys not the problem but there absolutely no reason that what I got served was 15.99

Ignored for 10 minutes at the door as we could see an open table. Finally someone says they will clean a table. After another 5 or so minutes a woman tells us it will be longer as she won't seat 3 at a six table. Nobody else was waiting. Terrible, lost a local.
