Our order got given to somebody else and we had to have it made again. This has happened three times now and all by the same person. Each time we were sitting outside and said we would be outside. There is no reason for this to have have thrice.
Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday. We enjoy going to Culver's but we are passing through and the wait for your food was over a half an hour. So if you're going in on a Sunday please be able to wait
We don’t seek much when we go out to eat. Kindness is always repaid with kindness. Mike was exceptional in customer service. I’ve worked the industry all my life. It doesn’t get easier, the world needs more kind mikes. :)
