Definitely need a change of management or some sort of authority to go in there and check things out. Never have any stock of anything, cold brew & bagels are always gone. Hashbrowns taste like turds, they never make drinks the same way twice - specifically the Sabrina Carpenter drinks or any specialty drinks. Dirty inside, donuts & bake case look dry and old every time. Have made the choice to drive the extra few miles and spend the money at tim Hortons or starbies down the road. Warning for those planning getting off the exit, they won't have anything that you want available at anytime.

Took forever workers were arguing back and fourth during a rush, I understand it’s busy but you can’t be doing that it only makes it worse. Food was extremely unappealing after the wait to get half of what you pay for. sad to see it’s already going downhill.

You can tell no one is on the same page. Having one person work the food station that looks to get extremely busy then see their co workers get done with making drinks or getting donuts just stand instead of offering to help the person on the food station to get caught on the orders, is sad. You can see on the employees face that’s working the food getting extremely overwhelmed and not receiving any assistance because others would rather stand and chat until the next order comes. Can hear employees gossiping and talking negatively about customers and co workers. The product that is served here is always good. The staff needs better guidance and learn to help one another out.

This is a great stop when traveling on the go, as it's an easy access on/off the express way and M55! They are generally very kind and willing to answer any questions you may have.
Yesterday, while traveling, a few of our doughnuts were not what we had picked out, but we made due. This was unusual, so we didn't complain about it.

Worse drive thru experience ever. Waited nearly 30 minutes for a coffee. I was desperate to get some caffeine since I’ve been traveling. Not very convenient having to take a 30 minute stop to get a coffee.

Hear me out - I’m not saying Dunkin has the BEST coffee or food, but it is honestly my favorite place to get Coffee in WB for multiple reasons. Have been going there frequently since it opened and the coffee and food is consistently good and the service is always awesome. Even when they seem short-staffed or extra busy, they are always patient and friendly. Props to my favorite crew in town ? Whoever is doing the hiring here is doing a great job. Also, I use mobile ordering everywhere and Dunkin hands-down has the best app and deals/rewards reward system. Highly recommend.
