Every time I order at this location they mess it up. I ordered a white chocolate and mocha latte hot. Always tell them no cinnamon because I am allergic to cinnamon and still they put cinnamon on it. Common sense is something that place lacks. Very disappointing that I have to drive all the way to Birch run to get a decent drink and I've been a loyal customer of Duncan for 30 years

I donât know who runs Dunkinâ Donuts anymore, but they have literally gone completely downhill. I mean itâs bad enough that you have to wait an hour for your order even if itâs just two things but the Customer Service there really sucks! Including the managers! I used to go to Dunkin all the time, but I think this time was literally my last time. I am so disappointed in that place because it used to be my favorite! On top of the fact that this past experience, not only was lady rude to me right from the gate and argued with me because I took so long the customerâs behind me were screaming and yelling at me! Like it was my fault!

I waited in the drive through (5th car) for over 25 minutes for a single iced coffee. If I didnât pay on the app, I would have drove off. Donât waste your time.
I got an iced matcha latte and it was literally the work drink ever. I think they forgot to put the syrup in or something?? The drink was super dark and did not taste as sweet as it should be at all, every time I come here Iâm disappointed in the drinks. Save your money and just go to bigby everyone, they do NOT know how to make drinks here!

Pretty good overall! The drinks and donuts are great, always fresh and tasty. The employees are super friendly every time I go, which makes a big difference. My only complaint is the prices on some of the snacks, like the stuffed bagel bites, theyâre kind of pricey for what you get. Still, a reliable spot for a quick treat or caffeine fix!
