I got an iced matcha latte and it was literally the work drink ever. I think they forgot to put the syrup in or something?? The drink was super dark and did not taste as sweet as it should be at all, every time I come here I’m disappointed in the drinks. Save your money and just go to bigby everyone, they do NOT know how to make drinks here!

Pretty good overall! The drinks and donuts are great, always fresh and tasty. The employees are super friendly every time I go, which makes a big difference. My only complaint is the prices on some of the snacks, like the stuffed bagel bites, they’re kind of pricey for what you get. Still, a reliable spot for a quick treat or caffeine fix!

Definitely need a change of management or some sort of authority to go in there and check things out. Never have any stock of anything, cold brew & bagels are always gone. Hashbrowns taste like turds, they never make drinks the same way twice - specifically the Sabrina Carpenter drinks or any specialty drinks. Dirty inside, donuts & bake case look dry and old every time. Have made the choice to drive the extra few miles and spend the money at tim Hortons or starbies down the road. Warning for those planning getting off the exit, they won't have anything that you want available at anytime.

Took forever workers were arguing back and fourth during a rush, I understand it’s busy but you can’t be doing that it only makes it worse. Food was extremely unappealing after the wait to get half of what you pay for. sad to see it’s already going downhill.

You can tell no one is on the same page. Having one person work the food station that looks to get extremely busy then see their co workers get done with making drinks or getting donuts just stand instead of offering to help the person on the food station to get caught on the orders, is sad. You can see on the employees face that’s working the food getting extremely overwhelmed and not receiving any assistance because others would rather stand and chat until the next order comes. Can hear employees gossiping and talking negatively about customers and co workers. The product that is served here is always good. The staff needs better guidance and learn to help one another out.
