Again, a family group met for pizza and some were finished eating before the last two pizzas came out for the rest of us. It was over a half hour later and we just had them bring to go boxes for warm pizza. We’re tired of this place waiting on their friends and ignoring our full tables orders. We went as a group and expect to eat as a group. Waitress blamed the kitchen for orders in the wrong order, but it’s part of her responsibility to stay on them to have orders come out together. We’ve made our last try there and will try and stear others away from that kind of treatment. This happened the last two times we tried meeting there. They aren’t the only place in West Branch for pizza.

We had a wonderful experience at G's Pizzeria! Julia A was our server, and she was absolutely fantastic. We came in with our kids during a busy time, and she handled everything with such patience and kindness. She was attentive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed.
The food was amazing — fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. Even in a packed restaurant, the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat.
Huge thank you to Julia for making our family dinner so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Four of us went there and ordered two medium pizzas to split. There was plenty to go around and both were excellent. I would definitely go there again and try a white veggie pizza.

I ordered some cinnamon bread sticks for dessert along with my drink and found a long piece of hair inside the breadstick. Actually pulled out a long strand. The only thing that the server did was take it off the bill. Didn't offer to replace it or anything.

We usually love this place and visit often when we are in town. Tonight I was extremely disappointed. We were sat at our table around 5:00 and waited over 30 min for our order to even be taken. Didn't receive our food for over an hour at which point we just asked for it to go because our toddler was beyond ready to leave. After asking for it to go, we still waited well over 30 min to recieve one item we ordered, then another 15 min for our pizza. Two tables that came in after us, recieved their food, ate, and paid by the time we even recieved our bread and side salad. I understand being busy as I have worked in the restaurant industry. I also understand mistakes happen as well, but the fact that after waiting for well over an hour for our food, when we recieved it, it was extremely fresh, making me believe that our order was never put in, in the first place. This place has always been a staple for when we are in town, but i am extremely disappointed in the service we recieved and the fact that I paid over $50 to receive such terrible service.

Service and ambiance - Great Food- had antipasto salad, fried pickle chips, and a pepperoni pizza. The best part of the whole meal was the pizza crust. Everything we ate was right off the Gordon foods truck. Who makes a salad with shredded lettuce? Shredded lettuce is for putting on top of cheeseburgers. I waited 8 years to go to this place and finally went there on my birthday and it was a huge disappointment. I did not realize it was a chain and I have numerous years in the food service business.

Good place unfortunately they close pretty early. They also keep taking my favorites off the menu. Every time I order take out they always leave something out. Unfortunately this place is not as good as it was 2 years ago.

Gotta love G's! I have been a patron of there for years and I will continue to go. Their cheese bread is fantastic! And there pizza is great too! And the kids love being greeted by the big bear when you first walk in! Highly recommend does not disappoint.
BEWARE! $10 jack and cokes that they do not advertise, and canzones that are mostly bread and nothing else. Go somewhere else.

First time I've eaten here. We were seated immediately by very friendly server. She brought drinks right away and answered our questions regarding menu. Our meals were wonderful. Pleasant appearance, hot (not luke warm), delicious and large portions. The atmosphere is very nice and we did not feel like we had to hurry up to make the table available for the next diner.
