In my opinion, one of the best places to stop for a quick meal. The staff provided some of the best service I have had at a fast food joint in a while. The chicken tenders were evenly cooked and not dry like other locations I have been to. It was overall a good trip and I will likely be visiting again!
The food was great. You get exactly what you pay for. I had no trouble ordering and the staff were polite. I will go again when I can. You should visit the KFC in West Branch when you can and see for yourself.
Honestly their food is the worst quality I've had at any location. It's unfortunate with being right off the highway, you'd expect they'd want good reviews for travelers but I'm going to have to say skip this place. Their food just gets thrown together, very Sloppy when you open the package or wrapper, sometimes it's disassembled altogether.
