I'm really sick of having to get hot n waits. Not hot n ready s. Almost every time I go, I'm waiting the 10-15 min for a pizza. The staff is friendly enough. Just feel like there is some stupid policy that is in place there.

I live less than 1 mile from the nearest store and I bought a pepperoni pizza, didn't even have it 5 whole minutes and it was cold, the outside was hard, and the middle was dough-y. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning to any little Caesars.

Completely dried out pizza it must have sat for a while no flavoring or sauce the Italian bread I got also barley has any seasoning what a waste of money the quality is barley there to begin with I just go because it's faster but I'll definitely be avoiding this little Caesars

Stopped at the Westbranch Mi location after I went grocery shopping on Nov 8th 2024. Went in side to order a large pizza. I ordered pepperoni on the whole pizza and mushrooms on half. I told them because I am paying for a whole order of mushrooms I want the whole order on the half. Got home and opened the pizza and there where very little mushrooms on three pieces. I called the store to talk to the manager and she said I can bring it back and they would make me a new one. Well that would have been ok but but I live 20 miles away which would be a 40 mile round trip. Kathreen said that is all she could do for me. So I called corporate and they sent the complaint to the owner there and I would hear from him within 48hrs. I have yet to hear from him. Very poor customer service. Will not return to that location ever.
Ordered wings. Absolutely terrible. Crazy Puffs almost as bad. There Deep Dish pizza was not bad.

The best ceasers I've been to lately as far as speed and quality
Got 3 hot n ready pizzas, 1 was thin Crust, thank goodness we got the thin Crust because the others were bad, so much Crust, like 3 bites before only Crust was left.

They told me to use the drive thru and then I pull around and they tell me they have nothing I can buy. I have been driving for twelve hours and went OUT OF MY WAY to come here I'm LIVID

Ordered Italian bread and crazy bread. The Italian bread tasted nothing like it usually does and my boyfriend got the crazy bread and it didn’t even look or taste like they usually do.. the ranch also tasted spoiled and my Italian bread was very crispy and didn’t have much flavor.

Waited 15 minutes for hot and readys on a holiday weekend. Figured they would have hot and readys, ready. Crazy bread is almost as much as a hot and ready, and they weren't even cooked all the way. Kids enjoyed, though.
