I was excited to try this place. We were seated by a friendly hostess within seconds of walking in. The booth seats are worn out and cracked. As you sit you will sink in and feel the wooden frame. It is very uncomfortable.
We watched 4 servers walk by us and not a single one greeted us. They were not taking orders or carrying food. They were congregating near the computer. After 5 minutes of being ignored we walked out.

The service is slow, couldn’t get a refill on a soda. A Ruben yea a simple Ruben and onion rings 23.95.. if it was a high class establishment, I could see a $25 Reuben but the girls are walking around in shorts. Can’t remember To bring you a drink or get you a side of ranch. Doesn’t deserve more than a one star!

Good pizza, good drinks & great service. The menu is huge! Took us a while to decide our orders because there’s so many options to look through. Lots of drink offerings as well. Plenty of flat screens for watching sports.

My Wife and I were Up North for a quick getaway to check on our Cottage this past weekend and looking for someplace Different to eat in West Branch. We went to the Loggers Depot for dinner on Saturday and it was totally enjoyable. From our server Kimber and the Manager Jenn, we had a Nice Relaxing Dinner!! We will be back, Mark and Kim.
It took literally an hour to get our food after arriving at 3:05 p.m food came 4:07 There was one other table in our section, 2 waitress. Fish and cold fries were sitting in a pool and grease on the plate. Mushroom and swiss, Dry bun, crispy shrooms 2 pieces of cheese and an average burger. Had to wait on server for mayo and fresh fries. Oh yeah, had to up to the bar for silverware and napkins. I was offered a mere 10% discount. On the bill it said 'senior discount' so it was like nothing off Won't be back and sure won't recommend to anyone.

Me and my family come here a lot and never have I once had a bad experience. Angie is really wonderful and sweet and very attentive too. The atmosphere is great especially if you're new to the town of West Branch.

We absolutely love this place! Angie, Amber, Emily, Jen, Kimber and the rest are all fantastic. We often make a special trip from the Holland area to go there not only for the awesome food, but the awesome people as well.

Crunchy burger was kinda small for the price and I feel like the spinach artichoke dip was underwhelming for the price. But the new chicken grilled cheese sandwich they have is by far the best I've ever had. Do yourselves a favor and add it to the menu. I'll be back for that.
