This is a shout out to Grace at the West Branch store. She was so friendly, upbeat, and helpful this morning. Exactly what you need to start the day. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in this area. (I live in Grand Haven.)
I went there about 10 minutes before they closed, which, normally, I never like to do since I have a personal rule of not going somewhere 30 min to close. They were extremely friendly, and did not make me feel rushed at all. This is my second time ordering from this location and I’ve been extremely happy with my food and service.
Went here ordered drinks and everything was alright but lids were just setting on top of drinks and I did not realize until I was sitting in there and took a drink and went all over me.. not very happy. Make sure lids are secure no one wants to wear there drinks in the winter that are iced.
