service is poor, seems they outside smoking most of the time, food is fair, drinks as well, don't touch a tomato growing outside the wife doesn't like it, recommend Lucky's Steakhouse

My husband took me to here for an anniversary dinner last night. It was amazing! Mary went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Everything from the table setting, service, and meal went beyond expectation. We ordered the Ribeye and Tipsy Surf n Turf. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and the rest of the food was equally well prepared and delicious.

It was truly one of the best dining experiences I have had. Thank you so much to the staff for providing such an outstanding meal. We can't wait to come back and sample more of the food and beverages!

The Tipsy Bear is a hidden gem and absolutely worth a stop. (And extra kudos to Mary!)

Service was great. The food…..amazing! We ordered the bisque soup and fried artichokes as appetizers. Both were stellar. Filet medallions were some of the tastiest steak either of us has ever had. Potatoes were fried and awesome.

Sophia (sp?) was super friendly and sweet. Wyatt was a great server.

Overall a fantastic experience. 10/10 will go back again and again.

Portion size seemed to vary quite a bit at our table. Some were very big, others, modest.
Tasty food, overall, good value

Tomato bisque was great! Especially with the garlic bread. Ultimate grilled cheese was really good and the fries were delicious. Caramel Bundt cake was really good too. Server was nice and attentive.

We had a party of 7 plus a baby and had no wait on a Thursday afternoon. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful, recommending other things to do in town. The coconut shrimp tacos were soooo good! It was a smaller dish so if you're really hungry then order an appetizer or side as well. They had a wide variety of menu options and our entire party was happy with their food. Wish we lived closer so I could go back for more!

Seating was a little strange in the back with 2 people sitting right next to our 4 top but they were really nice so I share some desert with them.

This was my time at the Tipsy Bear Bistro. My husband had been there before. We took our friends for an early dinner. Our server Mary explained the menu well. The food was delicious! We tried the French fries as recommended in previous reviews. They were out of this world!! A charming little Bistro, would highly recommend !!
