Forgot an entire steak dinner for our carry out that already took longer than projected. When I called they said they can remake it or “put it in the books for a later date” I asked for a refund and they said that wasn’t an option. You can’t refund my money for a dinner I didn’t get? I asked what kind of compensation they can give me now that I didn’t get my dinner AND I have to drive back out to get it. She said a $5 voucher. What a joke.

Applebee's has been around a long time. There aren't many surprises here when you go. We know this.
We stopped in about 9:30 pm this past Saturday. We were mainly interested in some light bites.
We sat on the elevated area to the left of the hostess stand against the window towards the back. Our waitress Kaitlyn greeted us quickly and took our drink orders. We noticed the strong breeze bouncing against the glass and onto us from the air vents along the top edge of the wall. We asked and moved seats across the isle onto a table.
We ordered white queso and chips to start off with. Chips salty and hot. Queso good.
We ordered boneless wings. Onion rings and spinach dip and chips.
Spinach dip was very tasty. Again chips warm and salty. Onion rings crunchy and I enjoyed them. Nice and hot.
Wings ( temp temp temp ). Above room temperature always makes people nervous to eat.
Service was 5 star. Attentive and quick. Atmosphere is an Applebee's. Local decor. Large range of music. Some good. Some maybe to obnoxious.
Four star solid. Temps of food. Will always take a star away. Especially if it is a main item of the meal.
Thanks Applebee's. I am sure we will return. It's a nice place for a weekend night last minute hang out :) Kaitlyn was the star in tonights visit.

We are regulars at this Applebees the food is good. we used to flip flop between this Applebees and the one on middlebelt but then we met Taylor who is an amazing bartender and very fun she is also the reason we keep coming back. The only problem I have with this Applebees are the 2 young men at the door. I see these boys at the door with their heads down and on their phones every time we come in and it is very unprofessional. I’m sure there is cleaning they could be doing. So if you are paying them just to sit there and be on their phones well then sign me up !!! If you can lean you can clean!!!

The only downside to coming here are the 2 young men at the door always on their phone and doing nothing but sitting there when I’m sure there is plenty of work they could be doing like cleaning but sitting there on their phones with their heads down is very unprofessional and that is the biggest complaint I have with this Applebees!!!
Haven't been to Applebee's in a while. We were very satisfied. The bacon cheeseburger was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Cooked perfectly and that grilled bun was perfection. We will be back! Tori was really accommodating and super nice! 👌🏻
