Jessica L was amazing was disappointed about the blue Mountain Dew bash was out also no Thousand Island for my uncle salad. But still best customer service from Jessica took good care of us if I ever come out here again I will specifically ask if she’s working and have her serve us.

The atmosphere was obviously loud but it’s a bar so ??♀️ oh well, food was great, but our server was AMAZING! Her name was Jessica L? I was gonna order two apps as my dinner but she explained a deal they had where I could get both! Definitely going to request her next time!

The food was pretty good! My one family member said it was a little cold for hers since she ordered chicken and mac n cheese and the Mac n cheese was a little cold while the chicken was warm. Everything else was good! Abby was our server and she was so so sweet! She took her time with us, and answered any questions we had :) She checked in on us often and made sure we were taken care of :) The bill wasn't too bad either. Would recommend!Vegetarian options: Not very well stated what does and doesn't have mac n cheese UNLESS you ask a server so it's a little tricky! But there still are options.

Parking: There is plenty of parking around the building not to far to walk.Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs to accommodate the kids to sit up high for their food in front of them so the parents can feel free not to hold them to eat their food.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get wheelchairs in plenty of space.

I went the other day and the hostess was so rude I complained and I feel nothing was really done they gave 1 free dessert for a group of 5! She seem to be racist and I hate to go there but that's how I feel..I go there all the time never had this experience.

Sat in booth for over 10 min without service…. Multiple servers just would look at us and continue talking to eachother. Had to walk out. Very disappointing.
Sat in Westland location for 20 min at table, no waitress, nobody asked our drink order......manager said nobody was assigned to our section.... why seat people in a section nobody is working. Manager nowhere to be seen. Ended up leaving.... never going back to this location. Always an issue at Westland location

The first thing I noticed was the hostess was sitting behind the hostess counter at a raised booth, never bothering to stand let alone greet us when we arrived. Continued to sit while typing our name into the pad they use. Not very welcoming at allThen, it took a minute for a server to come by our table to get drink order, We did one of the 2 for dinners, ordered the appetizer, that was delivered (not by the waitress) just on a fly by. We had to wait for the server to come by again to get silverware and napkins, never did get little plates to separate our appetizer, just had to eat off the big plate it was delivered on. After ordering it took quite a bit of time for our food to come, and actually a table that arrived after us got their food a couple minutes before us, but I attribute that to the waitress not picking it up in a timely manner. The reason I say this is because when our dinners did arrive, there was a slight crust to the outer layer of the mashed potatoes, which indicates they were sitting under the heat lamp for a bit. My steak was ordered Medium, and it came out completely brown throughout. I had substituted the broccoli for the garlic green beans and there was hardly any flavor to them.My family had stopped at the Applebee's in Dearborn on the way home from an event in Downtown Detroit and had exceptional service and great food that came out hot and fresh, cooked correctly and full of flavor. If I ever decide to go to an Applebee's again, I would make the drive from Westland to the Dearborn location.

My carryout expirence Saturday was amazing!! I placed my order on the phone with Michelle who was super helpful and mentioned current deals! Ryann brought my food out and was so sweet and made sure I had everything!! I had the BEST experience!!
