This Arby's is always good the manager is always nice and greets you with a smile the employees are nice and it's fast and if you have to even wait just a little they apologize even through it's still faster then the McDonald's down the road. Shoot on Wednesdays when I work late I would stop at McDonald's and no joke waited at the speaker for 15 minutes before the joker botherd to say anything so we came to this Arby's and was through the drive...

Just went to get 2 large orders of potato cakes which I hope they put back on the menu permanently. I used to visit Arby's at least once a week and when they took the potato cakes away I've been there maybe 6 times in all those years. Anyway they were made fresh and were AMAZING! The gentleman that took care of me was probably the best customer service I've had in fast food in YEARS!! Wish I could remember his name so I could give him a shout out.

We got there just before lobby closed and Manager said we can stay long as we liked and if we didn't mind they would tidy up around us. Things went well everyone was pleasant and didn't rush us to finish. Food was excellent 5 stars from us. Jackie
