They have gotten our order wrong several times, but TWICE now we’ve ordered delivery, and they never showed up. Today I ordered at 7:15, estimated delivery was at 8:30, and it is now 10pm and nothing has arrived. Shame on me for thinking the first time was a fluke and it wouldn’t happen again 6 months later. Every order we place with them, pickup or delivery, has been wrong (sometimes comically wrong - like we ordered a veggie pizza and had a meat lovers given to us), left outside without knocking or calling, or just not delivered at all.

From the reviews it seems like the pizza made here might be a hit or miss depending on who is working, but our order was definitely a hit. We got a round 3 topping with flavored crust. The flavor was amazing, the amount of toppings was very generous, and the crust was delicious. The pizza was cooked to just the right level. Typically I like to spend a little less on pizza than I did here, but it was worth the great taste!

Solid pizza friendly staff always get it right and the garlic cream cheese dip is amazing my son will eat a hole tub of it by itself if he sees it
A waste of $70 PLUS dollars with a tip. The absolute worst customer service. I called to let them know my order was wrong and I was transferred to the OWNER. When placing the order over the phone the OWNER (who took the order) didn’t even know what a Hawaiian Pizza was. That was 1 out of the 3 ordered. The other two were deep dish meat special. We received round, thin veggie pizzas.He talked over me as soon as I opened my mouth on the phone call. He told me we got what we ordered and hung up on me. We order from them all the time and really was looking forward to the pizza this evening. We have company and were trying to feed them.

I got a calzone from here and it was completely raw on the bottom, this is not safe. I really hope I don't get sick. I knew it tasted funny but didn't notice why until I had a little bit of it.

I’ve ordered twice from this location. The first time they gave me a deep dish that was moldy. The crust had blueish black splotches on it where the mold would’ve grown during the proofing process. The second time I ordered a Benito bread with light cheese. The bottom of it was very dark and hard and it came with more cheese than bread. The crusty dark bottom happens when the screens are entirely caked in burnt flour and grease and should be replaced. I have previously worked for the franchise for a decade and it’s my absolute favorite pizza when done with care. This location is the worst of any Benito’s I’ve ever had, which is very sad because it’s closest to where I live.
