It’s a nice safe and reliable location Definitely the qualify of taste in the coffee was just like the taste before and I haven’t had the teddy bear in a while so no recipe changes it seems I love the fact that the customer service is really nice and speedy fast with services especially today and today is birthday day so thank you for making my day a bit sweeter!

This location has declined since initial review. New ownership has done away with BOGO coupons and when you ask for any the scripted reply from employees is "we just ran out".

I haven’t been to a BIGGBY in awhile but now I will definitely be coming more often!! Absolutely love the bragel sandwiches and the pumpkin spice lattes!! Super kind staff also! :)
Really sad about the state of this Biggby. I've visited this location for over 5 years now since it's close to me, and it started really going downhill in the past year. Drinks aren't as tasty, modifications are ignored, and it seems most of the baristas are clueless if you have any kind of question. Sometimes I can't even order drinks off of the secret menu (the full online menu) because they have no clue what I'm talking about. They pass out coupons and I get Biggby emails with coupons on the regular, but I'm also met with confusion half the time when I try to use them.
One of the people I see in the window frequently during the afternoon (a girl with very obvious lip fillers) is always rude or standoffish with a very "whatever" tone to anything you try to say or ask. It's completely put me off of going to this Biggby. Probably just gonna start going later on or to a new location completely.
