Ordered by door dash. A whopper with cheese everything on it, With onion rings instead of french fries, also added ketchup a mustard, with a dr. Pepper. What I received was a whopper with BBQ sauce, french fries and a coke. I would give 0 starts but, I can't.

From the employee smoking outside the back door to the good order missing items and tasting disgusting this visit was a fail. The only thing right about it was the guy who took my order and exchanged my soda once I told him the machine must be empty because my pop tasted horrible. He tasted it and agreed apologized and gave me a sized up soda which was great customer service on his part and I appreciated it. Outside of that I had to go in to get my daughters apple juice that wasn't included in her kids meal and our food tasted messy and horrible. It's Burger King I wasn't expecting a lot but this was ridiculous

I ordered my food on their app. I went and picked it up through the drive-thru. It wasn't busy I was the only customer. I had to wait 10 minutes to receive my food and I thought it was going to be really fresh and hot. The food was cold the burger was rubbery and very old. I figured out it was shift change for them and they were counting their drawers. Never going there again.

Ordered via the app and spent $29 only to get there and find out they didn’t have safe water in the building and were still handling food!! There was water issue nearby that impacted this store and they should’ve closed but were still serving people that is a possible health violation. I usually don’t have any issues with this location but this was very concerning. I only found out because I was told I couldn’t get a pop because the machine didn’t have water and the 1st level manager wanted to up charge me replace something I had already paid for and then when I confirmed the entire building was impacted by the water issue I decided to cancel the entire order based on health concerns with the food prep.
