Waited at drive thru window for over ten minutes with no acknowledgement with the restaurant fully open. Prior to waiting at the window I sat in a line full of cars. No communication from the people inside this fully open location. If there are issues they should be acknowledged. Terrible service often here.

My food was made my way right away and the right way, great service at this location, nice atmosphere, super great staff can't beat the three-dollar Whopper find a Burger King app for Whopper Wednesday. Thank you Burger King for an enjoyable lunch

I wrote this on the Westland Community Facebook page. It received a lot of great positive feedback about this location.Shout out to the Burger King on Wayne rd by Cherryhill. I have not had Burger King in ages. I was watching “The foods that built America” on the history channel. They were showing the story of McDonalds vs Burger King back in the day. It left me craving a Whopper. I don’t like fast food much these days. It just doesn’t have the quality it used to. To my surprise, my Whopper was perfect! My husband got the bacon king, and it was perfect too! Our fries were hot (and not overly salty!). We both got milk shakes and they were good too. I will be back.?

Hey Westland Burger King, news flash: When you mess up on someone's order, and cause them to have to get out and walk in the store after already waiting in the drive thru for however long, you should compensate them for the inconvenience. At best, you can let them keep the sandwich you messed up on. This is 5-7 extra minutes out my time to wait for a sandwich that I ordered correctly. Also, tell your workers to always change their gloves before getting on the table. I don't know what else you're touching back there. I saw him walking with frozen chicken, then saw him making my sandwich. Not cool. Don't wait until someone gets sick and takes you to court to want to pay attention. Other than that, drive thru guy with the glasses is awesome! He has a very friendly and professional tone that makes the experience that much better. He's the reason this isn't a one star review. Just remember, if you mess up.. YOU MESSED UP. I shouldn't have to be good with a replacement and a "have a nice day". People's time is valuable to them. Giving me an extra fry is like giving me nothing. I have fries already. Who eats just a medium fry by itself anyway? The fries were just fine.. I made no mention of them. I even said "I dont need more fries.." Why are you giving them to me? Lol! While making sure you take back the burger.. only to toss it in the trash! Lmao!!! C'mon y'all, just use common sense! That'll be all... Thanks!

Waited 10 minutes at the ordering area today before someone asked to take my order. I was told I couldn't use two coupons, never had this problem at this location before. It's never like this at this location, always great service. Needless to say I purposely wasted as much time as I could talking to the so called manager before driving off without any food. What a joke
It's really a fast food place keeping the "fast" really on hand which makes it a good place to go, and the food was incredible!

If I could give a negative I would. Today, I went through drive-thru at this location to place an order and was told by the representative that they are only taking door dash or delivery orders only. Who do they think they are? My family have had bad experiences before but to tell us that, we won't be back. Like I want to wait for a delivery company to bring me cold food, and I have to pay for the delivery and tip. NO How dare B/K. Its bad enough their prices are outrageous for mini whoppers that aren't a fraction of what they use to be in size.

I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru window for an impossible Whopper. There were no other cars in front of me. I finally had to go into the inside after blowing my horn and being ignored. I asked for a refund and was told my order was up next. Sometimes, you just have to be patient. This was told to me by the cook. Who felt the need to stop making orders and come up to the counter to tell me that.

I’ve been here several times and the service was very up and down, food cold, dried out whoppers that have been sitting on the warmers etc. My daughter and her friend ate here after a half day of school (Burger King was the only thing they had) they were very sick with food poisoning! My child was sick, in and out the bathroom for 2 days straight! I called to speak to the manager; no answer. I will be contacting the health department! Do not eat here!
