Catfish nuggets was not seasoned fries wasn’t fried hard and the tarter sauce looks like potato salad

I personally love this location because, it tastes like the original subs like back in the 80's, they've added so many new subs choices to they menu so, it's worth it to me taking that drive from the Dearborn heights area to Westland, awesome staff and always clean, keep up the good work⭐⭐⭐⭐

My girlfriend ordered a steak, cheese and mushroom and a half of a corned beef for me.My girlfriend ordered whole a tuna sub for herself through Doordash. It was right before closing, so im guessing one of their last orders. We never receaved the Tuna, and the corned beef had a strange dressing in it.( should have had none). It was soaking wet through the paper, which also made sub discusting.Also strange to put lettuce and tomato on corned beef. I asked thousand island on the side. That is common for corned beef. They did not answer phone because they were closed. Doordash did refund the tuna, but we did not know just how bad corned beef was until i opened it up. I could see it was wet already, but not to the extent that it actually was! I called owner next day and explained situation. I even told him we were refunded for tuna, but that i had corned beef still in fridge in case he needed it back. He was consistant with blaming the driver for this at first, stating it did not leave store that way. Nice try! He then said he would out on board for credit for both when i was ready to reorder. About 2 weeks later i proceeded to put order in. He acted clueless to situation. He said nothing was on board in either of our names. It sounded like he was just standing there covering mouthpiece and that is my guess. He basically lied and acted like he never talked to me. This place has went downhill!!! Never again- not happy!!! Save your money! It was better a few years ago! Not good now! Owner does not care about anything apperently!Yes, i asked for owner, and it was same gentleman ioriginally spoke to.And idc what he says to this review- it is the total truth! I have better things to do then to waste time. It just need be known. Thanks for bad experience!

This the 3rd my wife order a ground beef sub and I made sure I ask for cheese… the lady read my order back right get the food home and no cheese on the sub y’all need to get it together

Disappointed in the food, it was burnt - how you burn a pizza sub I have no idea. To make matters worse! There was a ANT in my drink that I found when I was chewing on the ice! I was so disgusted I pulled over to induce vomiting. Called the store and they said it’s a known issue with the root beer drink. YUCK!

Our family from Arizona and us went to get subs from their favorite shop. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and the business turned us away because everything was off and cleaned. If you close at a specific time then your services should be available until closing time. We all left with a bad taste in our mouth.

This sub shop was originally in Inkster. I have been eating here for decades (literally)! They moved to Westland about 12 or so years ago. The veggie sub is AWESOME! I like the turkey one too, but the veggie is the one I get 99% of the time. You will not miss the meat! Their fries are perfect too! This is the place to eat the best subs in the area! Even if it isn't near you, it's worth the drive!!! If you are heading out on a flight, make sure you give yourself plenty of time and work this in so you will have food on the plane. Everyone on the plane will be jealous!!! (don't ask me how I know)

We have family in from Arizona and they were looking forward to having Captain Nemo’s for dinner during their stay in Michigan. We literally raced the clock to get there before six o’clock pm.
Arriving at 5:50pm , happy that they made it in time, the staff informed them that they were closed. If Captain Nemos isn’t open until 6:00pm on Sunday evenings then they should indeed change their closing time accordingly on the web-site, business etc. Missed out on a big order! Came all that way for nothing!!!!

i doordash and the employees here are always very kind and down to earth. there is a little bit of a wait but that is expected with tons of orders and small staff. food is really good too

10/10 the Reuben was delicious! Very friendly staff! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and need a quick bite to eat!

I went in here to pick up an order, they were blasting music so loud and I had to yell over the music before they realized I was there. The wait was long and the sandwich was overpriced.
