I had to wait a little while, about 15 or 20 minutes, but all of my order was freshly done. I was satisfied.

Worst service imaginable, waited 30+ minutes for my food with no one else in line, got home and discovered they forgot the mac & cheese. Drove all the way back and got laughed at, they refused to give me my side, no accountability or responsibility, poor ownership. Straight trash

So proud of the staff every time we visit the customer service is the best. Our wait time was not long and my wings with the lemon pepper were on point. Izzy and Tyra were awesome friendly and a great addition to the staff ohhhh we met Chancelor the manager and the cook very friendly I wish I could get this service everywhere

This place is pitiful... The service is horrible and the woman answering the phone taking orders has NO CLUE how to use phone lines. Takes half the order disconnects because she doesn't know how to use the phones. Then when I called back she says the rest of the order needs to be made at the restaurant! 😲🤯 That makes no sense at all... DO YOUR JOB and finish taking the order!!! When I get there to order like requested, the one order that I was ordering over the phone was ready 🤦🏾‍♂️ and the other 2 orders that I needed took 40 min. Not too mention the last 2 times I went they gave us burned hush puppies. I'll never patronize this SORRY location again! Food is sub-par at best and the service is garbage!

I have never seen a full chicken wing the size of my thumb in my life till I came here. LMAO. Seriously, I feel scammed out of my $. THEY ARE SO TINY. If u're thinking of coming here instead of cooking , go home & cook =/. Don't even waste ur time & money.

Was the only vehicle in the drive thru and waited over 30 minutes for my food. Thought maybe with it being fresh it'll be worth the wait, I was wrong. That was the worst chicken tenders I've ever had in my entire life. It was my first, and will definitely be my last time ever eating there.

Okra was burnt they asked if i wanted my sandwhich spicy or regular they gave me spicy i cant eat spicy it upsets my stomach so now ive wasted money on food i cant eat

The employee was wearing ear buds and even when looking straight at her she still could not hear me. I spoke up and she then decided that giving me an attitude was the appropriate response. Earbuds while working in a restaurant is completely unprofessional and rude, to say the least.
