Best checkers around. I just left there and even though they are short staffed, everything comes up fresh hot and fast And positive attitude. I know how it feels to be shortstaffed as I’m a server myself. The guy at the window seems like a great worker

They forgot a few items and the manager Bryan took care of us. Remade our food that was messed up and made sure to make everything right. He made the experience a five star. We will be back because of his kindness and love.

Today January 30th 2025. Order 40076 I asked for no mustard and no pickle and I got no onion and no pickle. If you aspire to have the wrong things in your car when you leave go directly to this place. I swear to God this was my first time there too... Thumbs down people you should think of getting a new attendant.

What's the point of having a walk-up window when they don't serve you. They send orders ahead of your orders and they say the drive-thru is more important than you at the window. So you can be sitting at the window for 15 minutes waiting to make a order to be place but they keep putting you on hold because the drive-thru is more important. It's a time thing the drive-thru is timed so the corporate can get on them for making people wait too long but at the window you're not on the timer. So they make you wait behind the people in drive-thru even though you were first.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They moved to an automated system in the drive through!! It’s so confusing and hard to order. And the dude in the actual building just sits on his phone the whole time. The last time we ate here the grease was so bad we all felt like garbage/sick!

When hunger hits you, this is a great place to grab something quick and tasty. The Baconzilla is awesome (what isn't better with more bacon) and their shakes are super thick and tasty.
Definitely high quality tasting , the fries never ever dissapoint, I’ve never had a bad experience here yet, morning and night shift are always great workers working . ! Keep hiring great employees .

Avoid after 7:00PM‼️Placed order online "Well in advance". They have a seperate line for Delivery pick ups and app orders etc. Oddly the line is closed ? We go to the carryout window and are told that "we have to wait in the order line"..??? Waited another 20 munutes. It was a special request by my kid that We owed him a Buford. This is an oooollld trick... the longer customers wait, the more will just tap out and leave the food, the more food the employees can keep.. ?♂️ "Never again". PS.. oh, and they cant say they had to make it, becaue it was Cold as expected due the advance order... oh, and the Huge fry box was only 75% full. ?♂️
