The bottom of my pizza was burnt. It was like biting into cardboard. Ordering food is too expensive nowadays to be careless. I just wasted $40 on food thats not edible. Shame on you! I won't order from here again.

Second time this has happened. Placed the order online for pick up. Get to the store ten minutes after pick up time and the staff tells us oops we never made your food. Last time the pizza was under cooked and missing the crust flavoring. This time we had to triple check everything. Staff is super rude and seem upset they actually have to do their job. I love cottage inn but I will not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered here a lot but the quality of the food has slowly been going down. I always order pickup and I feel like I've never seen the same people in there more than once. The pizzas and cheese bread have had giant bubbles, sometimes things are made with the wrong crust type, sometimes the pizzas are missing toppings. Jeez.

Ordered a large deep dish BLT pizza last night with bread for delivery. Paid for delivery and tipped the driver. The driver who arrived shoved the boxes at me without a word and walked away. Upon opening the boxes and finding cold food, a burnt pizza, the BLT pizza was missing the lettuce and the ranch drizzle. I called the location and asked what comes on the pizza first, in case I was wrong. The girl who answered the phone (was told her name is Hailey) already had an attitude. She knew exactly who I was and what I was calling about before I even stated my name or what was wrong with my order. She said “the delivery guy only does deliveries so he didn’t know what toppings came on it and I was getting sick in the bathroom”. She then offered me either a credit, or said they could deliver a new pizza, but not right now cause the driver had other things to do first. She then told me “or you can just come get it since you live right behind the building”. Disregarding the fact that I already paid for delivery, I actually could not come pick it up as I was home alone with small children sleeping and couldn’t leave them. I’ve worked in hospitality and customer service for 15+ years, I’m extremely understanding, but to be treated like I’m the problem when I call about an issue with my order is unacceptable. I could tell by the conversation this girl clearly was in a bad mood, I wasn’t going to get anywhere with her. I then just asked her for a credit, she said “okay bye”.
I called this morning and spoke with the manager, Adam. What a gem! He was so sweet and apologetic, he’s remaking my order and credited my account, since Hailey never did like she said she would the night before.
Giving one star for Hailey’s disgusting attitude, but five stars for Adam!! Without him I probably would have never returned to this location after this experience.

I got the jalapeno cheese bread and cranberry walnut salad the food was perfect not burnt they delivered to me a little bit out of my location I called the one on ecorse within my location and the driver said no so I really appreciate you guys delivering me food and even though you said it was going to take a minute it was here quick and the lady on the phone and the delivery guy was very friendly I will definitely always go here from now on

Waited a hour and half for delivery. Once it came was semi cold. And did not deliver our sub. Called and they said would be delivered soon as possible. Called back 2 more times. Sub came 3 hours after I made my order. Customer service on the phone was horrible.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My step mom me and my little brother got pizza and this was in my brothers pizza!!! So gross I cannot even make this up.. if 0 stars was an option that’s what they would get🤮🤢

This is the least Cottage Inn tasting Cottage Inn I have ever had. The delivery was 15 minutes later than it was predicted to be and when I called the store they told me “the driver said he is in front of your house” and he was nowhere near. We waited another few minutes on the phone until he came. Then the food was not hot, and also did not taste right- crust was burnt tasting, many giant air bubbles in the pizza and some of the wings burnt tasting as well. It cost $50 for a large pizza, small bread and wings.
