Cottage Inn Pizza Westland

Last few times I ordered delivery, i had to call and ask where the hell my order was. I get the same excuses about being busy. Not sure what's going on there, but I will be ordering from somewhere else from now on.

My family ordered a create your own deep dish pizza with Alfredo sauce it was so delicious! We tried the new jalapeño popper bread, I am not a huge jalapeño fan because it’s kinda too spicy for me but it was very delicious with their cream cheese Jalapeño base. I love that everything came with ranch and marinara because I forgot after I ordered that I didn’t get any ranch and I love ranch and it’s a homemade ranch also delicious. If I had to pick one thing I would change would be I can’t track my pizza. I was told it would be delivered by 6:39 pm and it didn’t arrive till 7 pm. Not a bad thing just would’ve been nice to be able to track instead of having to call in.

Always 15 min late for your order the 5th time in a row !!!! Get it together what’s so hard about making pizza!!!!!!

Don’t go here… rude customer service. Charged me almost double for an order because he was confused about the Groupon coupon

Ordered specific items I wanted! I asked for a side of fetta...nope didn't get it! Sure i was charged for it,asked for Ranch for salads...nope was given the wrong dressing! I ordered other items. But when you are paying over 60 plus a good tip ,yes I expect what i ordered!

Bought for carry out, ordered ham mushroom and cheese and got pepperoni mushroom and cheese... kids liked the cheese bread

I should have read the reviews before i ordered. Placed my order at 4:25..one large pizza and bread. It is 5:50 and i am STILL waiting for it. I called and was told it was out for delivery, 30 mins ago. Not to mention when i called, it rang forever and the guy picked up, didnt say hello or anything, just immediately put me on hold. I do not have high hopes for this food, if it ever even gets here

placed a pick-up-for-later order & it was ready a short 2min before the pickup time! hot, ready, and delicious!

I order from here almost weekly. Medium Greek with extra fetta. The pizza is normally good, one time it was so especially good, so good I made sure to mention it on my next call. But what happened last week was very disappointing very bad to the point where I wondered if I had offended them in some way. I'm sure they know who am by my order and address. When I called to express my displeasure of my order the owner actually defended what they sent me. Believe me it was awful,you could even look at it and tell there was something differently wrong with this pizza. It looks as if the doe had not risen at all and the taste was very doughy. So I will try them once more this coming week because like I said, the pizza is usually good. But if they send me anything like they did last week I will post a photo and never use them again. Anyone can make a mistake, but if they do it again than I know it's personal and will take my business elsewhere.
Ps. Don't know if or how I could have offended them unless they where unhappy with there tip

I don’t really like pizza (I know that’s weird) but cottage inn is one pizza I love. The gourmet pizzas are ?! Been a loyal customer for decades

Good pizza, but I paid $5.50 for 2 garlic cream cheeses, they told me they were in the box, I got home, not there.

Cottage Inn in Westland is our late night after the concert place for food. It is always a great spot to grab some munchies after midnight. The manager is always polite, and the food is spot on.

Do recommend them and will use them again when we are out late.

I am a dasher that goes to this place constantly, I have watched them fumble food on the floor and still use it for customer consumption, a while back this place was "renovating" the ceiling tiles and did so during business hours and saw plenty of things floating around, the amount of nats or sewer flies around there is pretty disgusting. One time I watched as management was arguing and slurring words? Seen twisted tea cans around to. Place is a horror show do not eat here.

Overcooked, dry, and obviously made with little care. We are repeat customers over the years, but no more.

My 17 y.o. son and I were craving some late night carbs. We just moved here from out of state and found this place because they were delivering late. We were very impressed with the quality of the food. A little pricey but the food was exceptional!!
