Ordered and paid, delivery didn’t show after an hour and 45 minutes I called and was assured they would be there quickly, after another 45 minutes I was put on hold and had to hang up and call again, was told they didn’t know what happened so I told them cancel the order and refund me. They did without apology or reason. Will never spend another dollar there. Been a customer for over 15 years. Do ur self a favor and go to zinos.

Cottage inn has always been our go to pizza place. We love the inn sticks. But what we got today was completely gross. The inn sticks were short, flat and not cooked all the way through. For the amount of money that you pay for pizza delivery - this was 100% not worth it. Not to mention that the delivery instruction were to put in chair on porch, the guy just set the food on the porch in front of the door. Will not recommend the westland cottage inn ever again!!! We will now be in search of another pizza place to make our go to.

We gave Cottage Inn a try because they offer vegan cheese. My wife has a dairy allergy, so there are only a few places she can get pizza from. She really liked it. We got regular cheese pizza for the rest of the house. It was ok. I thought it was lacking cheese and sauce. We also got bread sticks, but they were cold. For the vegan cheese option, we will give them another go. Hopefully, it will be better overall next time.Dietary restrictions: My wife has a dairy allergy and was happy to find a place that offers vegan cheese so she could have pizza.

Cottage inn needs to work on their crust but the staff were friendly and provided a very enjoyable experience picking up my pizza, thank you!
The food has become increasingly terrible and the service stinks to the high heavens. They now use cheap American cheese and chunks of veggies as they are too lazy to chop. I will never never never buy from this place again
