They sold me 12 expired (5 months old) Protein bars and my husband got super sick. I brought the 11 bars back and Matt never apologized and was pretty rude when I asked for a refund. He couldn't find my transaction when he was the one that sold them to me a few days prior and told me he would just replace them. I went to one shelf and 6 of the 8 boxes I looked at were expired between May-Aug. I told him I wanted to speak to the owner and he said he could not give me his phone #. He asked for my phone # and said the owner would call me soon... That was just over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear from him.

The fat in Protein bars activates bacteria once they expire and it can cause major issues including vomiting, cramps and diarrhea. CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS STORE!!!

I've been coming to this store for years and I have always loved it here. Everyone is always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. However, the past few times I've been there they've been out of the only 3 things I come there for. One in particular I keep asking for and the response I get when asking when it can be expected to be restocked "I don't know". I asked if the owner has an idea and that response was " I never got a response back". I understand times are hard right now and keeping shelves fully stocked at all times isn't that easy. I'm trying to be patient and give my money to local business by avoiding big corporations like Amazon, but sadly I was forced to go to Amazon today for what I need. I don't know if this store in particular isn't doing well so it's not getting the attention it deserves, but I forsee it closing sooner than later if some changes aren't made. That does make me sad. Cause again I'm all for supporting small businesses as much as possible. But I can't support a business that never has what I'm looking for....UMP protein powder (sells out frequently), helix full spectrum BCAA (very low stock currently with 1 flavor to choose from-lemon) and L- Carintine (has been out of stock for at least a few weeks if not more). The main reason for this review is hopefully the owner will see it and know that he's losing money. I'm sure I'm not the only one turning to big corporations for what they need due to not getting what they need at this store.

We go here because any question we might have they help and are knowledgeable. The owner is a great man

Really cool group of guys! They have pretty much everything under the sun, especially when it comes to drinks. Far better than gnc and vitamin shoppe.
