Had attempted to try this location since my nearest/preferred in being renovated. There is not reason a single iced coffee and Croissant should be taking yall an hour to prepare. The location isn't even 10 minutes from my home and I never got my coffee. Do better for others cause I will not be giving yall another chance.

Definitely disappointed First in line ordered my donuts Server gave my bag to another person while they were ordering their coffee
When I did get my bag donuts were just thrown in the bag icing side down

Not welcoming. This is my second visit this week. Today I was told I could not order a cold brew without ice. Hmmm. I just got one 2 days ago. Hmm. So they prefer to fill with ice so u still get a small coffee but pay for a large . Sounds about right. I'll wait for my regular store to open on way after remodeling to get treated well and they always have great customer service. Shout out to Alex and his family and their crew ❤️ at DD on wayne rd Westland. Where they greet their customers my name and smile

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Michigan. They simply do not care about what they’re serving. They are not following Dunkin brand standards either. If corporate visits this store they would be shut down.
I take my 6 yr old grandson for ice cream after school, sometimes we hang out and listen to music then it's off we go to playground

They usually have peanut donuts, last three times I went there of course they were sold out. So this time I got a croissant with egg and cheese, and it was burnt to a crisp after I opened it halfway to work…. I won’t be going there, going else where. Service and quality has been going down hill.
