Terrible customer service. I ask for a small coffee cream extra sugar. They give me a coffee with 6 sugars and 4 creams. And when I explained the problem later to the manager. He was rude and obnoxious! I will never go back to that establishment.

This place is great. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the parking lot. I know that it is beyond their control but I often find myself having to sit and wait 5 or more minutes to pull out of my parking spot due to the coming and going of other traffic.

The staff here is awesome! The manager and his team do great work, if there is a line out the door they all make sure to work hard to get you in and out. My iced beverages are always how I want them to taste, and I can’t get enough of their bagel minis. I appreciate each persons hard work because it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I love dunkin donuts coffee and their service is good!
Went here for the first time for breakfast and food was ok, nothing special. The issue is the guy took my order then went to make my food without washing his hands. He just put on gloves using his dirty hands. Staff should never go from register to food without washing their hands first. There was a sink right next to the food and he still did not wash his hands.
This is how people get food poisoning. Please wash before preparing food. I will not be returning.

I visit here every day for my iced coffee, and they never disappoint! The owner knows everyone that comes by name, and it's one of the most friendliest dunkin donuts around. Definitely recommend that you make this a coffee spot!
