I cannot say enough good things about ELM Cakes! We completed cake tastings at 5 different bakeries for our wedding, and ELM was by far the best. I loved that we were able to try so many different fillings with our cakes to really get an idea of what we wanted. We ended up getting four flavor combinations: vanilla with raspberry cream, vanilla with chocolate hazelnut, cherry chip with cream cheese, and cherry chip with chocolate cream. I couldn't even begin to pick a favorite they were all so delicious! The design of the cake was spectacular, as well. We showed Lynda a photo of what we wanted and she recreated it perfectly. She was also so kind and easy to work with. We can't wait to come back to ELM and order a cake every year on our anniversary! :)

ELM Cakes made a three-tier cake for my wedding. We requested red velvet for two layers and yellow cake for the middle layer. I only tried the red velvet, but it was amazing! Both the buttercream and the sponge itself were delicious. The icing was nicely done too. ELM delivered the cake to my wedding venue and added flowers (from the florist) to the cake to decorate it. It looked wonderful!
