do Not eat here manager's are a absolute joke made my food wrong then proceed to pick up and hang up the phone all night the next day the daytime manager apologizes and offers half off next order takes my info just came to get my half off no one in the store can find anything about it and tells me nothing he can do eat somewhere where they care about the customers bad ownership even worse managment!

So unfortunately I had to wait my entire hour lunch for a sandwich but the lady that came in assuming she's the manager got shit together and made it worth the wait food came out fantastic no complaints if it wasn't for her it would have been far less than 1 star not blaming the guys because it looked like one guy knows his stuff and was training 2 people at the same time and I get it it can be stressful specially when there's a bunch of people waiting for almost a hour but anyway who ever you are lady 10/10 for getting things moving

We ordered a pickup order online to be picked up at 7:15pm. They close at 9pm. My husband stood there waiting for the order for almost 20 minutes and as he stood there, someone walked in to order and a female employee rudely told them it's dark, the sign is off and they are closed. Apparently they close almost 2 hours early and have the audacity to be rude about it. Won't go back.

I thought I try your guys sub for the first time I see your store in Westland walking in say we closed in 5 minutes ok my apologies but say I can only get cold subs not a good way to earn a customer
Staff cant seem to work faster than slow motion mode. Dont expect them to get any order done in a timely manner.

My husband and I only visit this location because of how friendly and efficient they are. Sandwiches are always delicious, and the restaurant is always clean. However, today was the first time we've experienced unfriendly service. We had a mobile order, and the staff was very dry and unpleasant. I am not sure what happened before we got there, but we'll be returning again. Maybe it was just an off day. The crew that was there we've never seen before. Just hope this kind of service isn't the sign of things to come. It's so hard to find nice, friendly, genuine service anymore.
