This is the second time that I’ve ordered delivery & I put in hot Cheetos & they gave me regular Cheetos. This happened back to back both times. That is highly annoying when I’m paying extra for chips & I’m not even getting the right ones. When it comes to the subs, it just depends on who’s there cause sometimes it’s a hit & sometimes it’s a miss.

Unfortunately I have to give this location a two star rating due to a bad experience during the check out. It felt like we were a part of a scam.
After paying for our food the transaction didn’t close out it stayed open. We were told by a gentleman behind us that this had happened to him previously and had called his bank to make sure he wasn’t scammed. He also said he had been burned by this previously.
Essentially something was fishy about this location because this happened to both of my grandparents when they checked out separately as well as to the man who notified us of the danger this posed. Apparently when the transaction is still opened they can put on additional charges onto your account until they close the transaction…
So in summary, be vigilant when eating out at fast food and make sure you confirm the transaction closes. Don’t make yourself a part of the next scam. And also, be extra careful at this location.

3rd time ive tried them out and the service and atmosphere was cool but, the italian sub i got today was literally drenched with the italian sauce so much that the bread as soggy once it was delivered and i typically get delivery and have never had that. i just threw out the sandwich but, other than that their turkey club sandwich is really good.

Food is good and the ONLY problem I had is the small portion of soup compared to what you pay for it! UPDATE: First review was from 2 or more months ago. Just ate there today, 6/09/2025. Ordered the smoked brisket & cheddar sub. Meat was cold inside and tested al ost raw! The place seems to be under new management/ownership as well. Nothing but foreigners working there now. I will no.longer visit this establishment after being served cold/nearly raw food.

Today was my second time trying firehouse sub the first time it was very good. I had a 4”Roastbeef sub combo which I think came to like $12 or something. It was really cheap. However today I went and it was like almost $16 for the same exact order not to mention the meat inside my sub was fat. It was so much fat on my roasted beef. It was really gross and I waited forever for a 4 inch sub. I don’t think I’ll go to this establishment again put a sour taste in my mouth.

Workers tonight were very unfriendly. My wife asked for yellow mustard in her hook n ladder sub and hot brown mustard instead. When asked to correct it the male working got a really big attitude with my wife whom also stated she couldn’t have that kind of mustard because she gets heartburn since she’s pregnant. Refused to put yellow mustard on the sandwich as well. The rest of the time was made especially awkward and made us want to leave as fast as possible. I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone.

Tried to oder online for lunch at work. Big order and everything. Got to the payment page and it doesn't work. Tried their app and again, payment page is not working. No time to come in and now I'm without a lunch with the others who got on that order. Just like that, I already forgot this place exists.
The time on the front door clearly says 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. But I have arrived a number of times at 10:30am in the store is still not open. I'm a truck driver and a try and find places that are willing to serve lunch a little earlier. If it's not 10:00 a.m. then please post the correct store hours so I don't waste my time pulling my truck in only to find out the store isn't open yet. Plus I've noticed the sandwich quality is diminished a little bit since I've been going there in the past 2 months.

do Not eat here manager's are a absolute joke made my food wrong then proceed to pick up and hang up the phone all night the next day the daytime manager apologizes and offers half off next order takes my info just came to get my half off no one in the store can find anything about it and tells me nothing he can do eat somewhere where they care about the customers bad ownership even worse managment!
