My husband and I only visit this location because of how friendly and efficient they are. Sandwiches are always delicious, and the restaurant is always clean. However, today was the first time we've experienced unfriendly service. We had a mobile order, and the staff was very dry and unpleasant. I am not sure what happened before we got there, but we'll be returning again. Maybe it was just an off day. The crew that was there we've never seen before. Just hope this kind of service isn't the sign of things to come. It's so hard to find nice, friendly, genuine service anymore.

Order was BBQ brisket sub the brisket isn't cooked well its so nasty and fatty and I asked for extra sauce and nothing just small amount so horrible at this location Livonia location makes it perfect so idk what's

More attention to detail needs to be in place. One half of my sub had turkey and ham and the other half only had ham. I ordered two subs and did not receive any pickles!!!

AFFORDABLE SPRINKLERS
Got the delicious meatball sub little bit slow in the preparation as there was no one in front of us and it took about 10 mins to make the 2 subs but not horrible very clean

I have gotten pizza meatball sub there before but today it was the worst one I have ever gotten.over cooked very little sauce very little cheese and they cut it in half. It looked nothing like the picture they show online!!! Not worth buying!!!!! Do yourself a favor Spend 10 bucks on something else!!!!!!!!

i ordered a jamican jerk and ate half took another bite only to find a big green and blue piece that made me sick to my stomach i go back to report it and they told me there's nothing they can do and it was just seasoning but the seasoning is brown this was horrible service and overall

Fast friendly service. Curtis was exceptionally awesome helping my daughter with her order. Food is always good with no issues.
tasty sub sandwiches, nice staff, but required $ charge for a cup of tap water? (Same price as bottle water?!) seems like an odd practice to up charge $$ for a cup tap water so not sure we will be coming back. Also super quiet, could use a little music or something.

Ordered delivery online. Guess they don't read the notes on making the sandwiches, unless they just rushed thru it and didn't care. Bought 2 whole Italians with no mustard and 1 club. They put mustard on the both Italians and NO bacon on the club. This was my first time trying them out and the last. To much cash spent for food you can't eat and is not correctly made.
