Cute little restaurant with delicious fried chicken with a little spicy kick. Plates come with side of baked beans, but that's not my preference so I got some potato salad. Second time going to Gus’s. The first time it was good but nothing to write home about. But we stopped in while out running errands. The food was amazing. Fried chicken was perfect. The beans, coleslaw and Mac n cheese all were great too but the fried pickles were the best fried pickles I’ve ever had! The staff was very personable and we talked to chef Gordon and found out that there was a staffing overhaul recently so they are making the award recipe the way it was intended....
